とにかくスタッフの方全員が親切で言葉が不十分でもコミュニケーションがとりやすかった。WhatsAppでアーリーチェックインを伝えてくれたり、一日だけのアムステルダム滞在でしたがのんびりできました。次の日朝早く発つので、朝ごはんを断ると、前日夜に朝ごはんバックを持ってきてくれました。次は評判の朝ごはんをホテルでいただきます！

I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the most unique and amazing stay I have ever experienced. The staff was outstanding. We stayed in the craftsman and brewer and both rooms were fantastic. The breakfast was more than we could ever ask for. Highly recommend. We will be back

The Craftsman is a unique and comfortable stay. Breakfast was splendid. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. We stayed in the shoemakers room. The only drawback was the slightly slanted floor. It certainly added to the charm <3

Great experience with a 10/10 for location. You can’t beat it. You are right there in the thick of it with walking to everything. We stayed in the Artists room and I knew ahead of time that, given it has its own door to the street and lots of floor to ceiling windows, it would pick up street and people noise. But that was no big deal as they have ear plugs you can ask for or bring your own. Has a windy small stair case upstairs to the bathroom so just make sure you are fit if you take this room. There is a hand rail I used all the time. I can’t recommend it enough. They also have a cute hang out area where I had a lovely glass of wine when I arrived.

Gorgeous and Unique Stay. So happy we chose this hotel. Stayed in the “Artist” room this week with a canal view. Very beautiful, tall ceilings, fabulous staff, great neighborhood. Lovely perfect stay in Amsterdam.

Charming place with very helpful staff. Included breakfast was excellent and the room came with some small gifts that made the stay a bit more special. Easy walk to Centraal. The only caveat is that the smallest room is indeed very small.

If you are not wanting the usual bland chain style big hotels then the Hotel Craftsmen boutique hotel is a must for your Amsterdam visit. Wonderful hotel built in1652 with different themed rooms. We were in the Cartographer. Due to it being a very old building it has a wonderful steep narrow spiral staircase which adds to the charm. The history timeline is illustrated on the walls of the stairwell which is cool.The rooms and public spaces are wonderfully decorated and the breakfast is simply amazing. The young hip staff…and I mean all of them that we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after and we were. The well maintained hotel sits right on the Singel canal with great canal views through the windows with red shutters and is perfectly located to wander aimlessly around to most parts of the city. Stay here for a wonderful experience but as in most of Europe the rooms may be smaller especially head heights however don’t be fazed on this as we would stay here again in a heart beat. You do here a bit of noise from the streets but wouldn’t stop us staying again. Craftsmen thankyou for a charming experience.

Great little hotel. Location is very convenient for major attractions and just a few minutes walk from Central station. Staff were tremendously helpful. Breakfast was superb and loved the quirky room with beautiful canal view.

We stayed in The Brewer room, which had part of an actual original brewery—such a unique and fun touch! The hotel is in an amazing part of Amsterdam, full of charm and character. We had to leave before breakfast, so the staff went above and beyond by packing us a delicious breakfast to-go and delivering it to our room the night before. Their thoughtfulness really made our stay extra special. Out of our entire Amsterdam/Paris vacation, this was by far our favorite place to stay!

We loved our stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was so cute and cosy. Though there was limited space for our luggage in the room, we were having a short stay so it was manageable. The location was great and I liked that it was central but it was still safe and quiet when inside. The breakfast and room service was really tasty also, and I still think about the sandwiches we had from downstairs. We would stay again when in Amsterdam.
