毎日清掃とタオル交換があり、清掃後に気になる事はありませんでした。シャワーの水量も問題ありませんでした。コンチネンタルブレックファーストが種類が多く、美味しくて満足しました。

必要なサービスは提供されており バルコニーで持ち込みの食事を取ったり読書など　自分の時間を過ごす事ができました 完璧なホテルライフを希望する人には　物足りないないかもしれませんが 長期滞在者(四泊)には　リラックスした時間を過ごすことができました 地下鉄の駅からも　ランブラス通りからもすぐで立地は最高です

Convenient location, nice staff, clean and spacy room!!

こじんまりした快適なホテル、スタッフがとても親切で良かったです。

観光に便利な場所としてバレッタの旧市街の中にあるこのホテルを選びました。シティゲートを抜けて、メインストリートのリパブリック通りを真っ直ぐに行き、右手にマクドナルドが見えてくるとその手前を右に入った道で、すぐです。空港からスーツケースを持ってバスに乗ってやってきても、なんら不都合はありません。手頃な値段で、交通の便がよいホテルです。またスタッフの方も感じがよくて、気持ちよく過ごせました。お部屋は若干狭いとは感じましたが、このロケーションでは妥当だと思います。朝食も美味しくいただきました。

レセプションが24時間オープンなのが、安心できた。

ホテルスタッフの対応がとても良く快適に過ごせました。PCR検査もホテルで受けられるように手配してくれたのはとても嬉しかったです。コーヒーその他の飲み物も24時間フロント横で飲むことも出来ました。ホテルの目の前までタクシーは入ることが出来ないので、タクシーの待っている所まで送ってくれたのはとても良かったです。朝食は、8泊した私達でも飽きること無く食べられました。 ホテルはバレッタの中心にあり、どこに行くのにも便利でした。スリーマー行きのフェリー、バスターミナル全て近かったです。

旧市街入口から近く便利。 ガラス張りで、初めて来ると見つけにくいかも。 小さい宿だが朝ごはんはなかなか豊富。 wifi接続が数分ごとに切れるのはやめてほしい。 旧市街の外、宿から5-10分の距離までタクシーを頼むとメーターを使わず20ユーロもして、空港タクシーより高いのが難点。

Very good staff

Great location, excellent and very helpful staff. Very beautiful hotel in the heart of Valletta, near to almost anything,an overall great experience.

It was one of the WORST experiences of our lives. The first night everything was fine, but the second night, at 3 in the morning (my friend and I were already asleep), a stranger couple tried and managed to get into our room. Our reaction was to scream (we were on the first floor, next to the elevator). The couple left. We called the front desk, and not only did no one check on us (we're sure our screams could be heard throughout the hotel), but the front desk person's response was a terse apology because they had assigned and given a key to guests who had just arrived at that hour. We tried to lock our room afterward, but the lock didn't work, so we went back to try to sleep, pumped full of adrenaline and scared. The next day we went with the person at reception (who was not the same man who was on guard that night) and not only did he minimize the event but he did not offer any additional apology, follow-up or compensation. We DO NOT recommend this hotel.

The hotel was right in the middle of everything. The staff was great. The beds are really hard if that is something that would bother you. I need a soft bed and felt like I was sleeping on a hard floor. The pillows were nice though. I know they can’t please everyone on bed choice and some people like an hard bed. Other than a hard bed for me our stay was wonderful. I would definitely come back but bring something to make the bed softer for me.

Excellent central location but not too far from bus station/taxis. Very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable room and great shower. Breakfast OK - a fresh fruit salad would have made all the difference.

The hotel is in the central area in walking distance to many tours meeting points. The electric kettle was great appliance and two bottles of water were provided every day. The only issue we had was lack of shelves in the room and in the shower. The breakfast was good, served in a very tight area. The cars cannot drive to the hotels most of the day, so you may need to walk about 4 minutes to a more accessible location to take a taxi.

Perfect location right in the middle of Valletta. Beautiful room and the staff was very kind and accommodating when I dropped off my bag early so I could explore and check in later. Highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel, does the job for a city break! Breakfast is surprisingly varied given how small the hotel is.

A most pleasant and helpful staff. Well situated for the main sites. A number of Michelin recommended restaurants in less touristed areas (e.g. Old Bakery St. ) nearby. In a busy city, the hotel is wonderfully quiet.

Great hotel walking distance to everything, but on a quiet block. Fantastic customer service. Really nice breakfast.
