We as a family with an one 9 month old child were at this absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail carefully thought out. But what truly set this experience apart was the staff. I’ve rarely encountered such warm, genuine hospitality. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team – everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel more like friends than guests. Their natural friendliness and thoughtful service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. If you’re looking for a hotel where luxury meets heart, this is the place. Highly recommended – and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Buffett options were absolutely limited. Food is definitely not all that. Smallish area around the pool. The outdoor pool was not heated although staff promised it was heated- that was no good. Beach area is close by and ok although small. Rooms - we had the 2 bed executive suite- good size and no issues with room. Staff were courteous. I would not come here again though. I stayed at Ritz Carlton previously and that trumps Hilton Pearl in every way possible.

From arrival to departure we could not have been looked after any better. The staff were very professional friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. The food in the hotel was very high quality. The Mulberry bar was very quaint with a massive selection of drinks available. The pool and pool area was meticulously clean as was everywhere else in amd around the hotel. The pool bar was a great place to cool down and partake in a refreshing drink. All in all this was a fantastic hotel with equally fantastic staff

The staff here go above and beyond for requests and are so helpful. The hotel is clean, safe and has excellent facilities. The rooms have such great views and security and valet are excellent. Would recommend staying and don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else visiting Doha. A big shout out to the valet staff, reception staff and housekeeping. You made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Nice quiet Hotel with excellent service. However, TV was not working properly, couldn’t watch News or movies, as picture or sound lost every few min or tv powering off every 5-9 min?!

Mr. Salah Eddine at reception checked us in very fast, in no time and earlier than 3pm, Mr Salah is a genuine professional, welcoming and very helpful. Actually all other staff at valet, cleaners, room service, lifeguards, at the kitchen restaurant were very nice, very helpful, very welcoming with a great smile. The room that I reserved was Delux superior, with a very nice balcony where you can enjoy the lights at night, the view of the gardens and fountains below. The half board reservation was a good value for a good dinner and awesome delicious hot buffet breakfast with plenty of options to suit all taste buds; Chinese, Asian, middle eastern and classical American. Free WiFi, free parking, and free access to beach and pool all were inclusive. If you want to go out for walk at the pearl or to even lagoona shopping mall will be very easy especially at winter. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. It was really a hidden gem and the best part of it is the staff and reception, thank you very much Mr. Salah Eddine.

When we first checked in, we were given a studio room that had a connecting door to the neighboring room. This was never mentioned to us in advance. We could hear everything from the other room, and it was quite uncomfortable. Imagine someone trying to open your door from the other side—even though it was locked, it felt very insecure. We explained this was a serious issue for us, but no solution was offered until we said we would cancel our reservation. Only then were we moved to another room, one that wasn’t connected to another. Frankly, this hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating, and the standards need serious improvement. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, and overall cleanliness was poor. Apart from basic soap and shower gel, the bathroom had no amenities. Due to my late booking, I ended up paying more than twice the regular price, yet I spent most of my holiday thinking about canceling and moving to another hotel. I had booked a half board package, but the dinners were extremely disappointing—so much so that I didn’t even eat at the hotel in the evenings. The beach was nice in terms of view, but far too rocky, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. I can only give it 2 stars, and that’s just because this experience taught me never to set foot in a Hilton again.

Wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the 23rd-floor balcony overlooking Porto Arabia. If you enjoy walking, this hotel is in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to the port, which offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants, and exclusive shopping. The breathtaking Pearl Mosque is only a 10-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit. I haven't tried many of the hotel's facilities, but the in-room dining was fresh with quick service, and the overall service from the staff was exceptional.

I had reserved a night at this hotel to complete an important online meeting and had clearly asked the staff to provide me with the best location for wifi access with highest speed. Upon check-in I was ensured by the staff that their internet is reliable and able to accommodate my needs. However, I had tested the internet speed only to realize that it is extremely slow and choppy at best. Due to the severity of my position, I had to rush out of my hotel and search for a different location and complete my work elsewhere. Upon returning later that day to check-out after much stress, another staff had told me that the person who provided me wifi information was not well trained and did not give me the proper wifi access. Hearing this, I was shocked at the fact that a hotel such as Hilton would allow such an unprofessional mistake come to pass. To add insult to injury, they further refused to take any responsibility for the stress and lost time they had caused. I am simply sharing this feedback to urge other clients to do their due diligence before committing to this hotel, with a team that is unwilling to be accountable for their actions and support their clients.
