The receptionists were rude and unfriendly. The receptionist didn't say hello. When she returned my document, she didn't say anything. Also, when I checked out, another receptionist didn't say anything. The last time I stayed here, I got the same impression with the same receptionist.

綺麗、清潔、対応も親切、ロケーションも抜群。全く不満なし、大満足。

レンタカーで行ったので、車がとめやすい駐車場があって、立地が抜群でした。ただし、駐車場は先着順です。部屋は、アクリウムビューにしましたが、そういう名前をつけるほどの部屋ではありません。朝食はとてもおいしかったです。

Sink wouldn’t drain, once staff informed no one came to fix it. An incredibly loud building alarm went off at 9:30am for no apparent reason.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. 100 mts from the bus station to get from/to the airport and in the middle of many museum and historical sites. Everything is easy and handy in this hotel

The staff, Dimitrijs in particular, were very nice. The room was clean and the location was great. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is that the pillows were horrible.

Fint hotell med fine rom, men kunne godt vært en bedre frokost

Alt var bare i orden. Der var rent og pænt og venligt personale. Lang morgenmads tid. Og vi kunne få morgenmad to go den dag vi skulle hjem.

Hyvä sijainti vanhankaupungin nähtävyyksien läheisyydessä. Uudet, siistit tilat, hyvä vuode, hyvin toimiva suihku. Monipuolinen aamiaisbuffet sopii seka- ja kasvissyöjälle. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Haltestelle für den Bus zum Flughafen ist 2 Minuten entfernt, ebenfalls einige bekannte Sehenswürdigkeiten.
