良い、きれい、素晴らしい、ふふふふ

I just disappointed with the receptionist, we've booked and paid the hotel for 1 night, but the receptionist said so badly and told that they didn't receive our booking, and telling us to paid again. Even we let them see our booking & receipt that have been full payment and still didn't believe and won't let us check-in. We wanna talk with the manager but she won't call her manager. After waiting and arguing so long, at last she found our booking and telling us that she found it. And finally she let us check-in. I think I just wanna share this, the other service are quiet good.
