ホテルのスタッフの方に友人のガイドがいるからどうか？と案内がありお願いすることにしました。45ドルです。正直全く必要なかったです。

最高のエジプト一番のビュー！

ホテルの方がフレンドリーで楽しかった🙆‍♀️✨

・屋上レストランからピラミッドが眺められる ・スフィンクスゲートから徒歩１分 ・部屋は清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリー

結構高い料金で2泊分バルコニー付ピラミッドビューの部屋を予約しました。口コミで嫌な予感がしていたのですが、夜着いたらバルコニーなしの部屋に案内されました。ごめんなさい、明日はバルコニー付き用意するからと言われ夜で疲れていたので受け入れました。次の日その部屋の宿泊客が朝早めにチェックアウトした後女性の方が急いで部屋を掃除してくれて、バルコニー付きの部屋に入れました。その部屋はとても素晴らしく、ベットに寝転びながら全てのピラミッドを眺めることができました。 スタッフはみんな親切だし、ルーフトップレストランの眺望も素晴らしく、ウェルカムドリンクのレモンジュースもおいしく、2泊とも予約した部屋なら間違いなく星5つでした。周りにたくさんホテルありますが、立地的には一番良いところだと思います。エレベーターなしですが、私は全然気になりませんでした。ピラミッドのチケット売り場もすぐで、屋上から混み具合確認してから行けます。 これがエジプトスタイルなんでしょうが、もっと誠実に予約取ってくれればリピートしますが、次はどうしようか悩みます。

パノラミックビューバルコニー付きを予約したのに、バルコニーなし、ピラミッドは見えましたがパノラミックという窓ではなく小さな窓でした。違う部屋を案内されたようです。しばらくして予約内容を見返して気づいたので、もう何も言いませんでしたがその分のお金を払ったはずなので残念な気持ちです。

予約していた空港送迎はこない。予約していた部屋が用意されずグレードの低い部屋に案内された。朝食は席についても無視さた。レストランでの食事は注文から1時間以上かかるし口に合わなかった。チェックインの際、パスポートの提示を要求されず、宿泊代をクレジットカードでの支払いを希望したところUSDを悪いレートでエジプトポンドに換算し、おまけにカード支払い手数料3.5%とられた。3週間のエジプト滞在で手数料を取られたのはこのホテルのみ。 朝食に関しててはクレームを言ったところ改善されましたが、部屋に関しては翌日の対応。最低最悪の経験。私は疲れました。よいのはピラミッドの素晴らしいビューのみ。それだけ。楽しみにしていたエジプト旅行で最初にこの経験をし私は悲しい思いをしました。

Great place if you want to stay close (right accross the street) from the pyramids. We were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner with a pyramid view. In the morning we were able to take videos before the crowd. The only thing is that surrounding is noise. I was not able to sleep 1st night.

La habitación tiene muy buen tamaño, aunque el agua caliente se acaba rápido , el personal es muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable ya que está enfrente de la entrada de las pirámides y la vista es espectacular. La zona deja mucho qué desear, entren por el camino pavimentado, la parte de atrás no la recomiendo, el desayuno está bien , pero podría tener más variedad. Te ofrecen agua embotellada ilimitada y se agradece mucho.

The view is just incredible it was just bad luck for us that their was construction going on opposite to the property that went all night. We left a day early as we couldn't get any sleep

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, mainly thanks to the excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making my stay comfortable. Every request was handled promptly and professionally, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.My flight got a few hours delayed, talked to Salama and they let me to do the check out with a minimum fraction of the price! I truly appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the team, and it made my stay both relaxing and memorable. I would definitely recommend it. 👍

We had a wonderful stay at The Egypt Pyramids Inn, did take us a while to locate our driver but our plane was late,

All the staff were great. However when I booked a tour guide with them, the (tour guy) was hesitant to bring me to the ‘Hanging Church’ and keep repeating if I would visit the Mosque instead. And The Horrifying part was when he bring me to the ‘perfume store’ it’s kind of a house and he left me there. Then the owner (a guy) offer me for different kind of perfume, and I refused it and offer again for a tea. I was SCARED so I walked out and the SCARIEST part was the curtain was closed as well as the DOOR! To EVERYONE, NEVER BOOK a TOUR GUIDE From the Hotel.

Menu bueno pero repetido. mejor un poco de fruta como un platano melon esta bien solo que estamos acostumbrados a huevo revuelto o frito en americael hotel ha mejorado mucho y tienen un 10. la mejor vista la mejor terraza la mejor comida y cena su pollo asado es extraordinario acompañenlo con arroz y verduras cocidas es mi tercera visita cuiden bien reservarlo por aqui porque otros sitios son piratas y muy muy caros suerte y saludos

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptional and they accommodated all our needs. They treat us family there. Also if you need to book your tour go directly with them and they will accommodate all your tours. The room is clean and we have the whole balcony to ourselves. The view is excellent!!!! You can’t beat the view from this hotel. The entrance to the pyramids is right across. Breakfast was awesome, the food is fresh and they will actually cook it for you. Me and my family will definitely be going back again.

Room clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Neighborhood terrible and filthy with unceasing vendors. Very annoying to be harassed to buy moment walk outside. I am well accustomed having traveled extensively. Very loud wealthy party inside compound on night there at base of sphinx. Fireworks, canon fire and VERY loud music till 3AM. Other loud parties in area. Very loud environment. Staff tried to be helpful and were overall kind, but it is a very dated hotel in a filthy part of town that happens to be on a great and convenient location for pyramid access. 1 minute to gate with excellent sunset view. Realize what this hotel is and with that you will be fine.

Absolutely amazing view of the Pyramids and Sphinx from the balcony of our room. Great staff. Just steps from the Sphinx gate. The BEST place to stay when visiting the Pyramids. The views are AMAZING !!!
