this hotel seems nice but after you enter is not that nice as you though!!! They want only money!!! we were a big group but they dont care, they charged for everything inside the hotel even for playing billiard, very expensive but the table is very bad, broken items and very bad balls, if you pay extra you will expect something very good as the streets, but is worse than that, only take money but not invest in the things of the hotel,!!!! Dont go this hotel, take another one is not good many things!!!

Is all inclusive, but does not have all the drinks included, you have to pay for fresh juice, you have to pay for pina colada, you have to pay for capuccino, even for pop corn, how much cost the pop corn for the kids to the hotel???? If they give this free they will lose LOTS of money??? doesnt have presentation with these to be honest! I see the hotel only wants take money of everything, so disgusting!!!

The people of the reception was really bad with us, anything that we needed, they didn't pay attention for us, even for the check out, they charged us the price of late check out and then we could not use the room as we like, so it seems they only need your money and thats it, they dont want anything more than your money and pocket, The people in reception need to change urgent!!!

The staff were very helpful and kind, every step in our trip, clean rooms and overall great food, the food menu changing every day. We had a great stay in the Hotel. Central in sharm close to everything.

Booked all inclusive deluxe room with balcony. Room was spacious, hd tv with an english movie channel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Gym had some new cardio equipment and a full set of dumbells up to 24kg and 3 benches. Also had a nautilus machine but had seen better days. Food was excellent, good choice for the buffet and also themed nights Bar staff were brilliant Also has a waterpark but never had the chance to use it. About 20 mins walk to Naama bay centre but plenty of taxis if needed. Definitely go back again

Odamı 2 kişilik satın aldım ve girişte misafirimin sonradan bana katılacağını bildirdim. Arkadaşım geldiğinde kapı girişinde kolunda bileklik yok diye içeri almadılar. Kendisinin müşteri olduğunu ve check in yapacağını söyleyince peşimize birini takip ettirip rahatsız ettiler. Kontrol etmek istemelerini anlayabilirim fakat bunu bu kadar kaba ve insanı rahatsız edecek şekilde yapmaları inanılmazdı. Arkadaşım için ekstra ücret takep ettiler. Odamın 2 kişilik olduğunu söyledim fakat yinede uUn süre bizi bekletip uğraştırdılar. Her yolu denediler para almak için. Arkadaşımla dışarı çıkarken elimizde bavul var diye sanki kaçıyormuşuz gibi sürü halinde önümüzü kestiler. Kendilerine check out yapmadığımı ve sadace arkadaşımı yolcu ettiğimi söylememe ragmen 40 dakika kapıda bekletip bizi sorguladılar. Ben eşyalarımın odamda olduğunu ve cıkış yapmadığımı belirtmeme ragmen oda numaramı 7 kere ayrı ayrı sorup birini gönderdiler kontrol etmesi için ve bırakmadılar. Otelin parasını zaten ödemiş olmama ragmen sadece rahatsızlık verdiler. O konuda odamı kontrol edip otelden çıkış yapmadığıma ikna olduktan sonra da bu sefer bahane aramak için kız arkadaşımın otelde fotoğraf ve videolar çektiğini söylediler ve silmesini istediler. Ben müdahale ederek ben de fotoğraf çektiğimi ve özgür olduğumu söyledim. Berbat insanlardı.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Everything was organized and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the restaurant staff (Ahmed, Hamed, Bechoy, Andrew, George, philomene, and other) who were absolutely outstanding. They were always friendly, attentive, and professional, making every meal enjoyable. Their warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. The pools and aqua park were definitely highlights of our stay. They were clean, well-supervised, and suitable for all ages. There was a great variety of activities, and both kids and adults could have fun safely. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxing. Overall, everything was very well organized, and the staff across the hotel were kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Internet good in room / poor in other areas of hotel. Check in not well organised and unfriendly staff - not good experience. Generally other staff throughout the hotel were excellent and really helpful. Shower in room excellent as was air conditioning.

5⭐️ Review – 3 Week Stay at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland (Extended from 2 Weeks!) I originally booked for two weeks and ended up extending for a third week — which honestly says everything about my experience. My opinion genuinely improved day by day. The hotel is very well put together in terms of logistics. Everything runs smoothly, it’s organised, and the shuttle bus to the beach is frequent and reliable. The grounds are beautiful, and there are so many little things that come together to make the stay special. Guest relations were fantastic. Caroline was amazing and really helped me move my room. Ali was also very helpful, and another lady (I didn’t catch her name) was equally supportive. They genuinely try hard to resolve issues and make guests comfortable. Reception can be a little slow — that’s probably my only criticism. On one occasion it took around 25 minutes to move my room, and there was a small error that meant I had to move again. But overall, they are helpful — just not the quickest. If you’re travelling with a baby, I would definitely recommend requesting a ground floor room in the Parkland area. It makes life much easier with a buggy. It can be slightly noisy outside, but once the door is closed, it’s absolutely fine. Only something to consider if you’re a very light sleeper. The food is great. Some people say it’s repetitive, but honestly — what do we eat at home? Pretty similar meals every few days! There’s plenty of choice. I had salad daily and was

Hôtel que je qualifierais de moyen supérieur. Plutôt ancien, en cours de rénovation, nos chambres dites "deluxe" plutôt vieillottes n'ont plus eu de clim au milieu du séjour, face à nos remarques nous avons été surclassés dans des studios de qualité largement meilleure. Le wifi est présent dans tout l'hôtel avec un débit suffisant. Il y a effectivement 5 restaurants partagés entre le Parkland et le premier, mais ils sont payants, uniquement les 2 buffets présents dans les 2 hôtels sont inclus, dommage de ne pas inclure au moins un repas dans chacun des restaurants. La nourriture est correcte, mais répétitive. Le matin et le midi, il y a beaucoup de mouches pendant les repas, ainsi que des corbeaux en nombre, en grande partie à cause des touristes qui leur donne à manger, le soir dès 17h, prévoir du spray anti moustique. Les 2 hôtels sont assez mal placés, il n'y a rien à proximité il faut prendre des taxis payants pour aller à Naama Baie. L'hôtel est situé dans l'alignement de l'aéroport, les avions passent au dessus de l'hôtel à très basse altitude de jour comme de nuit. Boules Quais bienvenues pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. L'hôtel dispose d'une plage mais... située à 18 minutes de bus de l'hôtel. La navette est gratuite à heures fixe, ne pas oublier de réserver la veille, la plage est plutôt pas mal mais avec des travaux à coté rendant l'expérience assez désagréable. Il est possible voir même conseillé de prendre la serviette de piscine. ( Facturée 30 dollars si perte

The hotel is of normal standard, with some pluses and minuses. •The food is okay; you can usually find something you like, though the quality varies from day to day. Some days are better than others. The breakfast also should be upgraded. •The rooms were clean, and we especially want to highlight Kareem from the housekeeping staff, who was very service-minded and always made sure everything was well taken care of. •Unfortunately, we experienced some discomfort in the buffet area, where we received unwanted attention and looks from some of the male staff. This made us feel uncomfortable at times, and we hope the hotel management addresses this to ensure all guests feel comfortable. Overall, the hotel is decent, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience

Arkadaş grubumla ilk yurtdışı seyahatimde gerçekten doğru bir seçim yapmışım, oteldeki aktiviteler, personeller gerçekten çok dost canlısıydı. Özellikle Karoline ve Vito bizim için konaklamamızı mükemmel kılan insanlar, ayrıca geliş günümüzden öncesinde bile taleplerimizi gerçekleştiren tüm resepsiyon ekibine teşekkür ederiz! (İki odamızı yanyana istemiştik ve yanyana odalarımız oldu çok eğlenceliydi) Nezaketleri ve emekleri için Hk ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz. Nevresim temizliğine dikkat edilebilir, yemek çeşitleri arttırılabilir (her gün aynı şeyler denk gelebiliyor ancak yine de pek çok seçeneğiniz var) Bu söylediklerim yine de konaklamamızda bir eksi değil, seneye 1 aylığına kalmayı planlıyoruz ve sabırsızlanıyoruz.

There was an extra charge on the accommodation room as the receptionist staff told me I had booked the accommodation for 1 person and not two, despite already paying for a double room. The room was not clean and the other guests at the hotel had a similar experience
