きれいなボートハウスです。チェックインの際はスタッフがボートの使い方を説明してくれました。排水設備の使い方に特徴があるので聞いた方が良いです。 リビングも広く不満はありません。電子レンジもありました。皿やカトラリーもあり簡単な調理もできます。2段ベッドの上の段は天井が低く成人した子は入りずらいと言ってました。長さは問題ないそうです。 シャワーもあります。普通に使えますが排水がやや弱いような気がします。体を洗う際はお湯を止めるなど節水気味に使った方が良さそうです。(お湯の量に制限があるホテルはどこもそうですが) 桟橋に入る所に鍵があり、更に個々のボートに鍵があるので入ってしまえばセキュリティは安心です。またとても静かです。 場所はオリエンテの駅から2kmくらいです。夜は比較的暗く静かな場所を歩くのでboltやタクシーなどの方が良いかもしれません。昼は歩いても問題ありません。ホテル周辺で買い物できる場所は探せなかったですが、オリエンテ駅近くに行けばなんでも買えます。バスコ・ダ・ガマというショッピングモールは高級ショップが多いですが1Fに大型のスーパーマーケットもありました。 ボートなので、ある程度の不便さは覚悟していましたが、想像以上に快適でした。私が滞在した日は揺れも感じることはありませんでした。とても良い経験ができました。また使いたいと思える施設でした。

素敵なボートハウスでの体験は子供たちからも人気。 施設も清潔で快適。 トイレの水圧が弱いこと以外は完璧。

Kids love it, they want to stay a week.

Very cute and easy to live in. We came when the host who spoke English wasn’t there, but we went across the street to the bike cafe and got some super great lemonade and sweet potato fries, and he was ready when we came back. Super cute boat, but I don’t think they choose which boat you’re going to be on until you arrive. Our boat was turquoise and VERY cute. The toilet didn’t flush great every time, and we couldn’t figure out how to to open the top part of the main door, so we had to crouch down to get in and out… also, some club across the street had loud bass and occasional shouting til at least 2am (when I finally fell asleep) but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Awesome and kind staffnat the reception. We didn't need or saw any room service for the whole stay si not sure how they operate. The place was very clean, we have towels, linens and proper kitchenette tools. Great experience in general, we can't wait to go back

The boat was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. Very close walking distance to the aquarium, restaurants, gondola, parks, Centro Vasco da Gama. A wonderful alternative to hotels! Riu was an amazing host with knowledge to spare. Highly recommend

Veldig hyggelig velkomst, og fin husbåt. Det var derimot svært kaldt (11 grader inne) da varmen var skrudd av da vi kom.

A great experience with family. The kids loved the idea of sleeping on a boat even in winter. Close to Oceanarium and Parque de Nacoes.

Amazing service! Location is excellent. House boat is a unique experience, one that we will repeat for sure.

Clean room , nice location

Great stay with the kids. It’s a little cold on the water in late Nov but the room air conditioner was able to warm most of the areas. Check-in was fast and the staff took time to go over the gate and boat keys and made sure we understood everything. The toilet takes a bit getting use to but easy enough to figure out. Shower was hot but pressure is what you would expect on a boat.

This is not luxurious hotel, but absolutely lovable for those who prefer alternative locations! A real houseboat (British canal style), sweetly furnished inside, very cozy in all ways. Super safe neighborhood; but the many bars around could be a bit noisy some evenings. Totally great reception staff and support staff.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Boot hatte viel Stauraum für unsere 4-köpfige Familie und war sauber.

We were not sure what to expect when we booked a houseboat. The communication from the company was excellent, and the houseboat was lovely. It was so well appointed and in excellent condition. It was much more spacious than we thought it would be.

Die Unterkunft war für mich und meine Familie sehr schön.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist eigentlich auch super, es gibt alles was man brauch in der Nähe und Dank uber ist man auch schnell im Zentrum von Lissabon. Das einzige Problem waren die vielen lauten Partygäste der angrenzenden Bars in der Nacht, es war sehr laut nachts, schlafen konnten wir erst ab 2-3 Uhr.

Great place to stay, definitely recommend. Love the change of scenery from the typical hotel stay!!!
