Owners were super friendly. Nice pool and rooms had everything I needed. I'll be back for sure.

Clean room, friendly staff, spacious.

Good place for a stop over. Could have done with a reno in the last 20 years. Bed good for sleeping Shower was good, steong flow and great hest. Blankets amd towels whilst clean they have been washed way too mant times without any kind of softener.

All were great! Unfortunately, because everyone now owns huge SUV’s & we have a disability van for my son’s wheelchair - the parking spots are very tight & could have been a bit larger!

Room was spotlessly clean. Close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Mattress could do with a topper. I like a firm mattress, but this one was hard even for me. Windows could use a curtain and block-out blinds. The vertical blinds don't keep out the light at night, but can't be fully opened to let in light during the day as the room faces the street. I did like that there were large mugs as well as smaller cups for tea.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The motel is in a really good position at the top end of Cobram, and has coffee shops next door with a supermarket opposite. The decor however is really tired - whilst the bathroom looked new and was lovely, the bedroom had dark green carpet, brown doors/walls and a brown bedcover.... it looks very dated and tired. Desperately needs a refresh - white duvets, white towels, get rid of the green carpet and it will be a lot more appealing.

Good value property great location, pet friendly if you like that sort of thing. Disappointing that the pool area and tables are all for smokers, no place outside for non smokers to sit and not be choked by smoke.

Loved everything about this property. Although it's an older style motel, the large rooms were spotless & the beds comfortable. The bathroom had a very large shower with perfect water pressure. We found the staff to be welcoming, helpful and obliging. Thank you for making our 2-day stay here a real joy. B & J from Melbourne
