My parents could not sleepe the pool are was playing a Loud music until 4 in the morning, that’s horrible considering is a hotel where your going to rest

The property provided exceptional customer service, our group was very happy. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel was very clean

The room was very small for the price. There were other rooms which were bigger and nicer for the same price and it was not offered at the time we checked in, instead they put us on the smaller room with the smaller bathroom that was so small that I barely fit in. Very dissatisfied.

LA INSTALACI[ON ES ANTIGUA, LAS SABANAS ESTABAN CON PELOTITAS DANDO LA SENSANCION DE QUE ESTABA SUCIA. HAY QUE SUBIR ESCALERAS PARA LAS HABITACIONES Y UNO ANDA CON EQUIPAJE. ES UN HOTE QUE ESTA SOBREVALORADO. PRECIO INSTALACION LA RELACION ESTA PERDIDA

The swimming pool was very nice for kids. The room had cockroaches in the bathroom, closets, and sleeping area. They were doing renovations on the rooms next to us which push major noise past 6 PM. The dining room had very poor quality food. For this price, I do not suggest staying here!!!! Don't do it.
