一通りのキッチン用具もあり自炊には困らない。設備も綺麗で朝食も特筆して美味しい訳では無いが特に不満無し。

静かな環境でした

スタッフが朗らかでとても親切でした。ホテル内の施設もお部屋も清潔で、掃除が行き届いていました。お部屋に設置してあるシャンプー類の香りがとても気に入りました。また是非利用させていただきたいです。

気持ちのいい滞在でした。

Room refresher was to happen every other day. No one showed up to refreshed the room. Requested replacement towels to be delivered and nothing was sent. Room phone was not working.

I was given the ADA room, overall it was okay. The shower area had a bit of grime in the corners and on the fixtures but the room itself was clean. I have stayed at this property in the past, when it was newer and really enjoyed it. This time it seemed a bit more run down. The halls had a weird odor from folks cooking different foods I imagine. The staff is excellent, hands down. There was a ruckus, domestic incident in the floor above in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and they sent security to manage it right away. Bartenders and folks at breakfast are always super nice.

I took my wife to Hawaii for our wedding anniversary and had a great trip but the hotel left a lot of frustration for us. We are just finishing up our stay and I will say I am disappointed with a lot when it comes to this hotel. First off we have been Marriott bonvoy rewards members for years. When we checked in we were told that since we used Travelocity to book we couldn't add our rewards to this stay. Nothing told us while we were booking that we would be denied of this. That led to no perks for the trip. $40 a day parking ate into our funds for the trip. The lady that checked us in said parking could be comped if we had booked with them and added our rewards but can't! Also I asked for late check out because our flight doesn't leave until later in the afternoon and was told that since we used a third party booking they could not. Next disappointment is the housekeeping. We were here for 5 days and they never came to clean our room! We had to go to the desk and ask for towels, this should never happen as a guest. My wife does dialysis and needs a clean room to do that in... Everyday we had to clean our own room before she could do this and yes, we let the front desk and the housekeeper on our floor know about this request. They said they would clean for us but never came! The breakfast staff were the highlight they were very attentive and friendly. The rooms were nice looking and the bed was comfortable. Wonderful Stay at this residence inn, in Kapolei,Hi This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you're visiting Hawai‘i Nei, especially in the Kapolei area. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous, making you feel welcome right away. The facilities are excellent — there's a nice swimming pool, well-equipped gym, and a convenient laundry room. If you’d rather not cook in your room, there’s also a grill area with two Weber grills available. By grills they have a patio area where you can relax with family and play games or just have a nice night cap. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I return home to Hawai‘i Nei. Much aloha!

Great location and room was comfortable.

Terrible staff and service. Had to have the conversation about my reservation 5 different times with the fifth being with the manager, Rudy. Speaking to him brought to life that staff will be as good as the person who leads them. He lacked the skill and finesse to manage an upset customer. Kept making excuses for himself and his staff. The property is nice (albeit heavily overpriced) but would warn everyone to stay far away - service is what matters and this place is the pits. I’m a gold elite bonvoy member (for ages) and this is the worst service experiences I have encountered in a decade

Lots to do breakfast was excellent. Rooms were nice.

Rudy greeted me at the front desk and got me checked in. He was kind and friendly. He provided some good dining options including the locally owned food trucks right outside the hotel.

The property, the area, the staff, overall is great. I definitely recommend this resort, and i will come back.
