We loved our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again if we are in the area.

Great place. Really close to a few fast food options and only about seven minutes to Ameristar casino.

The staff was very helpful, especially housekeeping. The breakfast was good. The room was very nice despite noisy people in the next room. The only problem was laundry room for guests had out of service dryers so I had to walk to a Laundromat.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was yummy, and Patty was very friendly and welcoming! She made sure we had everything we needed.

First and foremost, Patty was a GEM! Hands down my favorite part of our stay. She needs a raise. Expedia states they offer rollaway beds, they in fact do not. Hotel didnt care about the misinformation. I wasnt allowed to cancel to go to a different hotel and was forced to buy a 2nd room for the stay or someone sleep on the floor. However, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, and LOVED the bathroom mirrors. Lighting was exceptional and they have anti fog mirrors which is great for us girls. And I like they had a chair lift for handicapped guests in the pool area.

The installation were super clean and nice. Just that we couldnt go to our room until 1 am because our room door was locked they offered another room and never happened we had to wait with our two kids for almost two hours to get it open.

Rooms and staff were nice. A little rough walking by the pool and chlorine smell on the way to the elevator every day. Not much to purchase of you get hungry or thirsty late at night. QuikTrip is right across the street though.

The hotel staff was nice, it was clean. The bathtub was a little dated, but other than that it was a good stay.

Room was clean, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast staff smiled all the time.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in for a while. The beds are comfortable with extra pillows. Really quiet. Wonderful, friendly, caring staff. Very clean. Great breakfasts.

The staff was great. Breakfast starts at 6:00am not all good out and ready till 6:20am. Hot water for tea or cocoa was not even warm, room temperature. Pool area was clean and pool was not freezing just no towels.

Housekeeping was vacuuming above our room until almost midnight. When I asked about it, I was that it was their 24 hour housekeeping due to corporate clients. If you want to get any sleep, would not recommend this place.
