There was a confusion on my booking when we arrived. They booked me on the previous booking that I cancelled. Reception keep on telling that my payment declined etc. I keep on explaining that card will definitely decline since I cancelled the booking. I had to call Expedia for help and inform them about the other registration/booking number since the one in reception was not eager to look for it. Voila! booking found. Payment did go through!! After a lot of explanation.

Property is close to the 101 and quick drive to airport. The suite was comfortable and clean.

Loved my stay here. Super clean and friendly staff.

Arizona heat at 114 degrees and our a/c unit won’t stay on. Motion sensor, if you want a/c you have to keep moving in your room. Breakfast on day one ay 8:15 there was nothing in the warmers, finally at 8:30 there was eggs, 8:45 sausage. Cedric (sic?) at the front desk was awesome. Great guy. Very comfortable, clean, safe and quiet.

The room was nice.

I loved this hotel! I have a large family of young children. I did book the room that fits 8 and it felt like a small apartment. I got to have my own space which I loved! Breakfast was awesome too!

Only bad thing is pretty stupid putting handicapped on the third floor. An emergency and someone will own this teepee.

Everything was great! We had a bbq by the pool and shopping and dining was walking distant. Clean rooms and good breakfast!

Carson your front desk clerk was phenomenal.

Your staff member Carson is awesome! He was very personable and helpful. I needed accommodation because the elevator was broken and he found me a room on the first floor. He also helped me find a room when I had surgery at Mayo Clinic and needed to stay last minute overnight after an outpatient surgical procedure. Staybridge has been our first choice when booking a hotel because of Carson.
