Clean apartment

As a stickler for cleanliness, have to say the unit was in pristine condition! Staff was also very responsive to any questions throughout the stay.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay in Montreal. The location was absolutely perfect—within walking distance of the mural events, restaurants, bars, and only about a 2-minute walk to the main street. Everything was very convenient and easy to access. The host was excellent with communication and made the stay smooth and comfortable. The unit itself was super nice, very clean, and exactly what I hoped for. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days exploring the city. Overall, I really liked everything about this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.

The property is conveniently located with nearby restaurants. Unfortunately it is across the street from Cafe Campus, an extremely noisy club open until 3 am on weekends. Also, the pictures of each unit are a bit deceptive. You need to carefully scroll through website to make sure you are looking at accurate pictures of the unit.

Great location and perfect for our stay

Unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. Parking was very limited and restricted to street parking which is very difficult in the area.

Property is located within walkable distance to dining, cafes, St Catherine St and Old Town. Suite size feels a fair bit smaller than what’s advertised on Expedia. Furnishings and kitchen utensils can best be described as adequate and there is a constant noise from the water pipes, likely from the water tank operation. Bathroom size is small.

Cleaner and more equipped than any hotel I have been to. Great communication, easy check in and out. Indoor parking nearby, Metro nearby, SCHWARZ'S nearby. I really want to come back!!!

Very clean room/apt with everything you need. Amazing dining options right at your doorstep and a lovely, but not loud area.

This was a perfect place to stay for a visit to Montreal. The place is comfortable and spacious. Location is safe and right in the heart of the plateau neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

l'appartement était propre, mais le lit en mezzanine vraiment inconfortable. Nous n'avons pas réussi à baissere chauffage ce qui fait qu'il faisait très chaud. les équipements dans l'appartement sont très cheap et de mauvaise qualité, c'est dommage car le reste était tout a fait convenable, meublé simplement mais efficacement. les parties communes sont assez négligées et c'est très bruyant.

The smoke alarm kept going off for our entire stay and it was annoying and didn’t know how to contact service to fix the issue…

Safe and Very walkable.

Overall the property was great, very clean. Team at LIV MTL was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. They offered for us to check in early and provided a complimentary bottle of wine, which was incredibly thoughtful. The only thing to note is that the properly is located near a night club so it does tend to be a bit crowded in the evenings. It did not interfere with our stay.

Easy check in and arrival. Easy to find. Great location near lots of cafes, bars, as well as quiet neighborhoods to enjoy walking through. Clean property, a fully furnished apartment. Very comfortable stay for our weekend visit. We would stay here again easily.

Great location. Noisy lots of times but not unbearable. They include ear plugs next to the bed. In the heart of the action. Place is clean.
