Excelente lugar para alojarse

The room was decent, had very poor lighting. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were great! I guess by mistake the staff through out one of my wifes sandles which was in these long socks that were also thrown out.

The Staff were great , but the noise level was way too high all night and into 3am everyday, hence I wouldn't come back

Other than the phone, not working to call the desk, the room is very nice very clean and the staff was amazing

Everything was great well recommended to anyone, the cleaning crew the best, Mary was so helpful and friendly

Problema, reservé habitación en planta baja, la recepcionista me dijo que era menor ruidoso en las plantas altas, me dió en el piso 6, de día bien, pero de noche tenía la música de los bares en mi puerta hasta las 4 am, fatal.creo que en todo el hotel porque es muy fuerte el sonido,no lo recomiendo.

Staff was amazing, not the resort fault, but bands were playing till 3 AM on the beach and we couldn’t sleep

We booked our rooms online since it was cheaper booking online. But receptionist stated she could see our booking but we had to wait 40 minutes for the booking to get loaded on her end.

Me encanta visitar el Hotel Gaviana, pero no me agrado el nuevo acceso de playa pacifico. De cierta manera esa playa era reservada

Excelente ubicación y playa. Muy buen servicio de todo el personal
