We’ll definitely stay there again. Great hot breakfast with many choices, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee/tea maker, microwave, fridge in room. Good pressure in shower. Recommend!

The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was quite good for the standard hotel fare. It was also a pleasant surprise to find two free Level 2 chargers for our car. It was small things that kept it from being perfect. The bed was a 7/10, the pillows were 3/10. While there was a small water dispenser/carafe in the lobby we could get a glass of water, the only place we could find water was in cooler in the gym. Minor inconveniences that were worth mentioning but not complaining about.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice hot breakfast, my only complaint is the hottub could have been a little hotter and our room on the ground floor only had a shower not a bathtub.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and sauna were a hit.

Nothing to complain if you just stay one night there (as I did. the town is very small, but it is close to the mountain Robson) It is comfortable and the price is reasonable.

We stopped at the hotel overnight to break up a long drive between destinations. Everything was up to expectations ( quick check in, beautiful room and friendly staff) and for a quick overnight stay the price is excellent and vastly superior to Jasper’s accommodation prices. The included breakfast was a very nice inclusion. The setting was in Valemounts beautiful Canadian Rockies. Suggest Netflix App so we can log in to TV from our phone. The TV sound in our room was a little muffled. It may require servicing or replacement. Next time we would prefer a walk in shower to a tub, it would be nice if the choice was delineated on the website. We used Expedia and I didn’t see it on there. We are also AMA members and I didn’t see the choice on their website either. We will definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommend.

The front desk person was very helpful when the tv in our room wasn’t working.

Simply good value for money

Room was clean, but, shower head was not working and could not be adjusted as it was so seized up, so could not take a shower. Fridge would make a load scrapping noise each time it started up, toilet kept running and then shutting off with a load noise in the pipes.(I fixed the continuous running myself)…breakfast was cold-lukewarm warm with paper plates and wooden knives and forks…Hotel is clean, front desk very good staff, but seriously lacking maintenance.I would not return…

New Building.. Amazing

I was put in a room right beside there mechanical/water room and the bed was against the connecting wall and all I could hear all night long was the pump going on and off, I arrived at 10 PM and left at 4:30 AM because I couldn’t sleep

This hotel is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, a mini fridge worked well. Dry sauna was great. Good breakfast and coffee.

Room was clean and the parking was easy as we were pulling a trailer. Breakfast was good made it easy to get back on the road

Love the bed , fell asleep right away . The office chair has seen better days and had a problem trying to close the curtains . There was a gap in them , didn’t matter at night . But the morning came early with the sun . These are just maintenance issues . Another plus I liked is the walk in shower rather than a tub . Much easier to walk into for old timers like me .
