Modern hotel, mostly occupied by tourists for short stays. Breakfast is decent, and staff was very accomodating (they had plenty of electric transformers, for instance). My only regret is that the rooms are small, and there was not enough room for the luggage.

The staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for sightseeing and advice on how to get around. The area is great and the hotel is very comfortable !

Very good location, feel safe and walkable. Walking distance to costanera center. Clean and good service.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel My first room was not great - it had a very annoying and noisy bathroom fan that could not be turned off, electrical issues (the switch had a short and you could smell burning). It was fixed, but I had to ask for a change in the room because I was not comfortable staying there with all the electrical issues, plus the light coming in the room was extremely bright and the very thin roller blind was very inadequate. The staff was efficient but very nonchalant about it. The second room was much better, it had a quieter fan that could shut off. The bathroom had some mould between the tiles but otherwise it was very clean. The AC had a leak, but there was more shade (lower room nearer to other buildings). Overall it was much better Generally the staff were professional but not warm. Breakfast was good but for other meals the restaurant food was poor Location was good - near to Costanera Center and the lift to San Cristobal hill.

Excepto que la sábana estaba un poco sucia, todo lo demás estaba bien. Me encontré con una habitación con un inodoro con mal olor y la recepción rápidamente me ayudó a cambiar de habitación.

Good location Good matters and shower Very small room and bad design Breakfast is horrible: in very noisy place and horrible quality food Basic hotel, no a 4 stars, but good price in nice neigborhood
