Hotel historique rénové avec goût. Très belle déco et équipements modernes. Très joli SPA. Personnel sympathique, mais trop limité en cette période creuse, cela c’est trop ressenti dans le service. C’est dommage!

Lovely property with a fantastic staff. My bed was divine and the room was set up very well. The front desk was very helpful. I enjoyed the spa for an hour and we all loved the rooftop bar. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautifully decorated in a Alpine style, with much attention to detail. Excellent food, including the famous chocolaterie. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. The only negative is that if you have a room giving to the front, you may be woken up by loud voices - usually young people coming out of nightclubs.

I PAY A TRIP OF TWO ROOMS IN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE ! The room was an attic with NO VIEW IT WAS LIKE YOU WERE IN JAIL ! Terrible feeling and for such a long term it was worst! Didn’t like it at all !!!!

L'accueil est incroyable, le service est parfait. Ça fait longtemps que je n'ai pas eu un accueil et un service de ce niveau. Gentillesse et bienveillance de l'accueil au départ, avec une chambre avec tout confort et un petit-déjeuner parfait.

I would have to say all the staff at the hotel are outstanding. They are personable and so helpful. There was no waiting for any request. This morning we left early for the airport. The kitchen was not open but the lovely lady who was organizing the buffet breakfast sent me on my way and 2 family members with a great breakfast to go

Everything is wonderful about this hotel, I especially liked the staffs, they are extremely helpful with us! Makes me want to come back just to stay here again!

A beautiful hotel with a charming chocolate cafe and gorgeous rooftop lounge. My rook was gorgeous, dreamy and unique. The staff went out of their way to assure our comfort and our needs met. I would definitely come back

Amazing Stay!

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable avec petit balcon plein soleil, belle déco. Spa très pro et soin parfait. Une mention toute spéciale pour l'équipe de concierges Aurore et Fabien au top. Seule note négative : cela ne suit pas du tout côté service au petit déjeuner qui par ailleurs est délicieux, service totalement inefficace et laborieux. Dommage

Endroit raffiné très bien placé dans le centre de Megève. Accueil très attentionné et d'excellente qualité.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel dans lequel les services et l’accueil sont aux attendus. Idéalement situé (à deux pas du centre ville), tout y est… Allez y les yeux fermés.
