朝食なしのプランでした。スタッフがフレンドリーでした。

ホテルのスタッフが親切で、立地も良かったです

ルームキーは、暗証番号式。 部屋はシンプルだけど、綺麗で気になることはなかった。 冷蔵庫や飲み物などは置いてなく、必要最低限と言った感じ。水回りは多少下水？の匂いがしていた。

コストパフォーマンスの良い綺麗なホテルでした。

I came with a friend. The staff were great. It’s safe and the room was very quiet. Maybe I’m just not used to Portuguese style, but the room does not have a refrigerator. But other than that it was perfect. We have a pleasant time at the hotel.

観光するエリアどこにでもアクセスがよく、ホテルも綺麗。水回りも清潔。

Everything in the building seems to be new and clean. Vending machine of water and snack is available. Two elevators are installed, so no waiting for up/down. Wheelchair moving inside the hotel should be very confortable (no steps, elevator, wide corridor, ...)

サンベント駅から坂道を登った丘の上にあります、重い大きい荷物があると少し移動が大変です。部屋は清潔でしたが、置いてあるものはタオルとボディソープ、ドライヤー。歯ブラシや、髭剃り、冷蔵庫などは置いてありません。トイレもウォシュレットではなく、トイレットペーパーはロールではなくティシュタイプでした。 食事はバイキング形式で、パン・ハム・チーズ・ミルク・ヨーグルト・バナナなどのフルーツ・シリアル・ドリンク 全体的に綺麗な施設で快適に過ごせます。 アメニティやウォシュレット、冷蔵庫がないと嫌という人には向きませんが、シンプルに朝食付きでステイするならおすすめの宿と思いました！

ホテル独自で作ったMAPがあれば、最高ですね。 最寄駅から離れている。

Nice hotel, located in central city, good breakfast.

The architecture of the building. Great location!

Hotel staff needs more training on customer service. They need to listen to customers. Luggage handling mechanism is not helpful.

Room was clean. Location for us was good. It wasn’t close to the metro but you could make it work. Breakfast was very disappointing for the amount that we paid. Would suggest eating outside the hotel. Parking was hair-raising. Would have been nice to have another chair in the room. Only one pillow so we called down to the desk. We had to pick it up ourselves. I needed ice for a knee injury and they were very helpful.

This a no frills hotel. The room and hotel were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet too. I couldn’t hear people walking by or chatting. The location was prefect for me as it was close to many sites. You won’t have water in the room but they have filtered water stations and a vending machine. I felt safe. There was always someone outside by the door.

Café da manhã farto e excelente. Localização muit boa. Da pra ir andando para vários lugares. Estacionamento bem apertado para carros grandes

A localização era perfeita. O quarto estava muito limpo, o duche tinha boa pressão e não se escutava nada dos quartos vizinhos.
