旧市街の古い建物を利用したホテルだと思いますが、きれいに改装されているのでモダンな印象です。ルーフトップのプールはかなり小さいですが（10月なので入っていません）、大聖堂が眺められるので夕方などに上がってみるといいと思います。 お部屋は清潔感があり、シャワーのみのバスルームも広々。アメニティがモルトンブラウンなのもうれしいところ（コンディショナーもありました）。 朝食は品数は限られるものの、甘いパン・ケーキ類から温かい料理、フルーツまでそこそこ揃っており、キッチンから卵料理やクレープを出してくれるので満足できます。 スタッフも気が利く親切な印象でしたし、全体的に快適に滞在することができました。

The hotel staff, Mario, was most welcoming. It’s a very charming hotel with an amazing view on Palma Cathedral’s.

What an amazing short break at Hotel Basilica in Palma. Quality in everything they do at this hotel from the welcome drink on arrival, to the staff who are consistently friendly, professional and welcoming. Located in a great part of the old town, lots of great restaurants close by and the added bonus of a rooftop pool with an honesty bar for refreshments, we both loved Palma and loved this hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice clean hotel, lovely welcome, good breakfast. Start of holiday ruined as spent the first two nights in a small box room with a low ceiling - room in roof void. No window at head height, a small window that didn’t open. Bedroom approx 12ft by 11ft, 132 sq ft not the 215sq ft i booked & paid for. I suffer with COPD & struggled in the small room with its low ceiling & felt claustrophobic. Ceiling dropped to 7ft high. After numerous requests we were moved. Avoid room 403!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel Basilica. From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely kind, helpful, and full of joy! Every detail was perfect and we would stay here again any time even just for the location! Right near everything but still quiet and peaceful and the view from the roof top pool is fantastic.

Underbart litet hotel mitt i gamla Palma. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och engagerad. Bra frukost, och fin takterass med pool som avnjöts både dag och kvällstid. Vi kommer tillbaka!

A very central location in the old town, we were treated with a friendly warm welcome from the reception staff, helpful with recommendations for both the hotel as well as the local area. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The roof top terrance has an amazing view across the city, the pool whilst small was a welcomed refresh during hot days, the surrounding terrance was very well equipped with loungers, towels and refreshments. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The rooms were immaculate, the staff always friendly and helpful, air-conditioning impressive, roof plunge pool area clean, and a welcome place for a cooling dip.

Everthing was really good, Nerby to all you need.
