旧市街の古い建物を利用したホテルだと思いますが、きれいに改装されているのでモダンな印象です。ルーフトップのプールはかなり小さいですが（10月なので入っていません）、大聖堂が眺められるので夕方などに上がってみるといいと思います。 お部屋は清潔感があり、シャワーのみのバスルームも広々。アメニティがモルトンブラウンなのもうれしいところ（コンディショナーもありました）。 朝食は品数は限られるものの、甘いパン・ケーキ類から温かい料理、フルーツまでそこそこ揃っており、キッチンから卵料理やクレープを出してくれるので満足できます。 スタッフも気が利く親切な印象でしたし、全体的に快適に滞在することができました。

Room an People were nice. Breakfast was good. But the warm water was not working and it was very loud in the room next to the stairs to the roof.

Super clean, lovely hotel and helpful staff. Amazing location, only 15 min walk max from anything in Palma. Welcome drink and rooftop pool are a bonus too!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Basilica in Palma. The hotel is slick, full of character, and beautifully designed, with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed, featuring functional showers with Molton Brown toiletries, a comfortable, good-sized bed, and excellent sound insulation for a peaceful night’s sleep. The free minibar was a lovely touch. The rooftop terrace is a highlight — a small plunge pool with a charming view of the cathedral and nearby basilicas, perfect for a quiet break in the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and even going out of their way to bring a bottle of Freixenet Brut when they learned it was my husband’s birthday — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The location is ideal, just a 6-minute walk from the cathedral, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel calm and private. Overall, an elegant and welcoming boutique hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return on our next visit to Palma

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Basílica. Perfect location, short ride to the airport which cost 19 euros. Rooms were clean, attentive staff. Lovely little touches which made our stay that extra bit special. We would definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
