家族8人で利用しました。大型スーパー近くで、駅からもアクセスが良かったです。

二つの駅、ショッピングセンター、コンビニ、お弁当屋さんやレストランカフェが近くとても便利でした。子供は目の前の公園で遊ぶこともでき大変よかったです。 ただ、チェックインの手順がわかりにくかったこと、ゴミがいっぱいになった時の指示はなく(指定のメールにメッセージをしたが返信なし)最終数日はゴミのやり場に困りました。

洗濯機、乾燥機があり洗濯に困らなくて良かった。大森駅から近く交通に便利、イトーヨーカドー、西友もあり買い物に便利。2階の為 朝方車の音が気になる事もあったが、前は公園の為 日中は至って静か。

駅から近く、アパート近隣にスーパーが２ヶ所あり生活し易い環境だった。また洗濯機や電子レンジ、トースター等設備も充実しており、快適な滞在ができた。

近隣に大型スーパー、コンビニ、飲食店、駅があり立地は非常にいいです。空港、お台場にもアクセス良好です。 チェックインがタブレットのみなので、事前にもっと詳しく説明をもらいたかったです。チェックイン方法の連絡も3日前にメールが来るはずでしたが、こちらが催促の電話連絡するまでメールも来ませんでした。

Very clean and location is great close to train station, shopping mall, restaurant all within walking distance. Room comes with all amenities needed and the everything is very clean and organized.

This property was very convenient to JR & Local trains. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need and a great information booklet telling you how to use all appliances. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our apartment was a little “dated” as far as the shower and kitchen BUT it was all clean and operational. We loved all the space this apartment offered us and the fact that the grocery store & smaller mall was literally across the street. There also is a nice park right in front of the property. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place that has a home feel, laundry & full kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet & conveniently located to everything we could ask for.

Review as traveling single parent with two toddlers. Pros: Amazing location! Close to haneda airport. Walking distance from two department stores and omori station. Lots of space for a small family and luggage. Cute little playground right outside of apartment. The in unit washer and dryer was a life saver. We stayed here comfortably for a week. Internet was good and was able to use our Netflix on tv. We mostly used the microwave and toaster oven for department/convenience meals and we had plenty of dishes. Also was enough basic necessities like cleaning supplies and toliet paper to last us the week. I only had to replace washing detergent and batteries but its very cheap at seiyu. Cons: we flew in from narita so it did take awhile to get there. Check in was a bit confusing but it probably was just more user error since we arrived late at night and i had two toddlers melting down. Im sure its normal Japanese building elevators but I was a bit nervous using them. You do hear everything between the floors so I hope we didnt bug the neighbors too much with my toddlers heavy feet and dryer going at night. All in all it was the exact type of place i love booking it was just differnet with two kids. It had a very local feel to it while still having all the shopping and exploration i wanted. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family

The accomodatuon was wonderfully spacious, clean and very close to transit as well as convenience of local supermarkets. And it was wonderful to be close to a park as well. The hosts were very repsonse and courteous and any of our questions

We appreciate the superb location of the apartment that is on a very quiet street and facing a small park and very speedy response from the management when there were issues and questions. Also the clean and secured luggage storage after checking out. However there is a few improvements I’d recommend such as better ventilation system as the unit is outdated and we noticed mold and musty smell in laundry/restroom/bathroom and guest room. We learned to leave the washer open after used to eliminate the moldy smell and closed the guest room door when shower to reduce humidity and moisture levels. We could hear neighbors from above and next door especially when chairs are dragged and doors are slammed. Putting sleeves over the chair legs would solve the issue on dragging chairs noise.

This was advertised as sleeping 6 people it showed different pictures of beds but didn’t list double bed, sleeper couch etc. it was one double bed one cot like bed and a small couch, both were filthy. If it was listed as 4 traditional Japanese style mats and a double bed I would’ve been slightly less upset smelled like urine in the bathroom and so did the mats. There was mold on the shower walls and the edge of the bathroom sink. The staff was very responsive. On top of it all the place was overpriced I’m so mad

This was a great apartment, easy access to the station.

It was a nice, local accommodation. Walkable to Omori (for Tokyo) and Omorikaigan (for HND) and a Seiya grocery store is nearby. Please keep in mind that Japan is a foreign country, so expectations may be quite different from your home country (noise/speech volume, manners, etc.), and humidity affects the cleanliness of certain areas of the accommodation. If you have any respiratory issues or allergies to slight mold, I would encourage you to consider discussing this issue with the management prior to reserving to make sure the rolm has been checked. Other than this, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated this quiet, local accommodation.

There were beds for each one of us.

Unit is spacious and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The building is old though but completely functional. Washer is the unit is handy. Grocery store and lots of dining options within walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay!
