3er piso... Fatal..no hay elevador

Frente a la playa...restaurant rico... Lo malo es q a las 8pm te corren de la alberca ..y podría uno estar un rato más ahí comodomante... La habitación no es como la foto.. tiene rotas las piezas del baño . No ayy dónde poner la toalla . La puerta de cristal no cierra .. hace ruido el aire acondicionado . Parce q se t va a caer el frigobar..... Y me tocó en el tercer piso sin elevador... En fin... Es lo q hay!

The hotel was good, but the beach was unfortunately not. It had so much sea weed and looked dirty. Thank you to the welcoming hotel staff!

Sitting on my balcony I overlooked all the beach chairs and beyond to the beach and Ocean. With the palm trees and the birds that landed and sang it was a great location. The first night was a little loud as my unit was next to the band stand/DJ. I just came to accept that. Cleaning staff did a good job and despite my deficiencies in Spanish the desk was most helpful.

Check in was easy, and most of the staff who work the front desk for a very lovely, but the exception of one woman who accused my husband and I of ripping off our bracelets. They broke/ ripped off twice, and she essentially said that it was impossible, and if it happened again, we would have to pay. I also wish the hotel had a quiet hour time between say 10 PM and 8 AM, there was a family that had children screaming at the top of the lungs and stomping around at six in the morning till 11 o’clock at night and absolutely nobody seemed to care about the comfort of the other guests at the hotel. That aside it is beachfront, the pool was lovely, the beach club is fantastic and the value is great, but wish that they took a bit more care for their guests.

Cozy but can have the tub updated for the release of the water…so it won’t puddle up while you shower.

Beach View was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was definitely family friendly. Would have liked if some of the Kabanas had 2 bed options. Our room had mold on the picture frames. Stains on the sheets. Rust on the lamp. And the bed was made with only a sheet and no blanket on the first night.

Slitna och tråkiga rum, behöver renoveras. Några av personalen i receptionen var inte speciellt serviceminded . Hade inte frukost inkluderad men den vi köpte var bra.

Room on the beach was great will return again. Staff were welcoming respectful and helpful.

During 2 of our 3 nights they were doing construction in the middle of the night. Chainsaws from 1-4AM! Then we lost power for several hours in the afternoon while I was trying to get work done. We love coming here and the staff are great. But when you pay for a place to sleep and they choose to build shade structures in the middle of the night, it's pretty upsetting.
