Erinomaisen hyvällä paikalla. Lähellä uimaranta ja toisaalta kaupungin vanha osa ravintoloineen, kauppoineen ja nähtävyyksineen. Viehättävä alue kaikkineen. Ainoa iso MIINUS on kallis autopaikoitus läheisessä julkisessa hallissa. Pitäisi olla ainakin joku alennus pysäköintiin! Ja selkeä tieto, miten sen voi saada käyttöön.

We loved San Sebastian and found the hotel location very convenient. We are also very grateful for the wonderful help we received from the hotel Receptionist on the day we checked out. Our early morning flight was canceled and ti reschedule we needed a Spanish speaker. The Receptionist patiently spoke with the airline so we were able to reschedule without having to go to the airport.

Rudimentary bedding and cot-like beds. Staff were unpleasant. Wouldn’t stay again

This was a small boutique hotel just outside of old town San Sebastian. It was very clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. When you make your reservation, make sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance so they can email you the check in instructions, as there is no reception desk there. They will ask for a photo of your passport or a number. They will email you this or contact you via WhatsApp to get it. Sounds strange, but it worked out great. I would stay here again with my wife and with friends!

Was moved to different hotel which was fine but no view outside window, bed was hard and there was a ground level coffee station but only available after 12 which was pointless . I wanted coffee without leaving hotel in morning . There was no kettle or coffee in room . There was a breakfast option where I could get coffee but that was 17Euro. Also toiletries in room where locked down I couldn’t easily use them . Shower was great and there were English channels on tv and they did store luggage when I left. Was very quite no noise from outside or in hotel.

Only 50 meters away from Kursaal building and the beach. Perfect location with new and modern rooms.

Our 4-night experience went very smooth. All the staff were excellent. Alejo was quite helpful and went above and beyond with our needs.

Great location in a quiet area yet easy walking to the Old Town and other areas.... I'd def stay there again! A toilet brush and nicer pillows - the only minor criticisms!

This hotel is amazing. Very modern yet with an excellent location. Just steps away from the beach and excellent dining options everywhere. Old town is a short walk away. Very comfortable rooms and wonderful bathrooms. Service was a bit strange since there was rarely front desk service but phone number provided was helpful.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Our room was a good size, very comfortable and quiet at night. The location was perfect for dining, shopping and enjoying our walks along the promenade. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Il giorno prima mi mandano un email che mi cambiavano hotel anche se mi hanno mandato nel loro 4 stelle per modo di dire, avevo prenotato una suite e mi mettono secondo loro in una suite al pian terreno che aprendo finestra c'era un olezzo incredibile. Naturalmente non ho accettato e fopo sforzi mi danno una stanza con balcone ma il terzo letto era un divano letto con materasso max 7cm ecc....

Très bien situé !!! Les filles ont adoré leur chambre en mezzanine, elles voulaient rester à l’hôtel !

Good location opposite the Kursaal centre, near the Zurriola Beach & old quarter.

Ligger dejligt centralt for alt. Pænt og rent alle vegne Ingen morgenmad, med det er ikke noget problem, da du finder mange steder hvor du kan få morgen mad. Blandt andet Loaf.
