スタッフも感じ良く部屋も広くて清潔感があります。ビルバオの主要なところは歩いていくことができます。

ビルバオの中心街に位置し、グッゲンハイム美術館もとても近いです。路面電車の駅も近く、ビルバオを十分に楽しむところができる立地です。 ホテルの内装はモダンで、アートの街の空気感を感じながら泊まることができます。 加えて、設備面では洗濯機、キッチンがついており、調理器具、食器類、洗濯機洗剤やスポンジ類なども充実しており、長期のステイにもオススメできるホテルです。 実際に近くのスーパーで、生ハムやフルーツなどを買ってホテルで食べましたが、スーパーの食材も非常にレベルが高く、バスク地方の食のレベルの高さをホテルにいながら実感することができました。 子連れで家族4人で泊まりましたが、ソファーベッドのクオリティも高く、十分に4人で快適に泊まることができました。 設備にバスタブはなくシャワーだけですが、シャワーもとても快適でした。ただ、シャワージェルの量が少なく、途中で無くなってしまい、翌日の清掃でも補充されていなかったのは残念でした。 総合すると、今まで家族で泊まったホテルの中でもコスパ抜群の素晴らしいホテルでした。ビルバオの旅の思い出に是非こちらのホテルをオススメします。

エアコンが壊れており、とても暑かった。洗濯機も故障しており使えず、代わりに掃除の方が洗濯してくれたが、乾燥機にかけてしわくちゃになって戻ってきたので、とても残念だった。

La habitación impecable en limpieza y en servicios y espacios para 3 personas. La ubicación también perfecta cerca del centro, orilla del puente Calatrava. Y el personal súper agradable y facilitador para cualquier cosa que te surgiera. Excelente.

Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom counter space!

So large! Huge and spacious. Had everything we needed. Sadly I did wake up a number of times hearing other bedrooms. Staff at the front desk was lovely.

주비주리다리를 통한 구겐하임 접근, 구시가지 접근등 수월하고 모든 시설이 갖추어져 있어 2~3일 이상 숙박에 탁월함. 205호 세탁 후 건조기가 매뉴얼대로 했으나 건조 안 됨. 수건들은 조금 낡은듯. 주차는 근처 호텔이 만차여서 강건너 공용주차장 이용해 불편 함. 차량으로 돌아 오는데만 15분 소요.하루 22유로. 추천할 수 있는 숙소임.

I stayed in a studio apartment, with a firm but comfortable bed, a good shower, and a comfortable sitting area. The small kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, electric hob, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was with the parking, which is beneath a residential building along the street - the key for the pedestrian gate did not work, so I used the ramp to enter and exit on foot - one evening I was stopped by an angry resident, who shouted at me for using the ramp, and it was quite distressing. The hotel manager told me they know about the problem with the lock on the gate, but they can do nothing about it. Note - the hotel only has three parking spaces, so if you need the parking I recommend you contact them to reserve it immediately after booking.

This place was ideal. A good central location, good communication, friendly staff. We had a studio with terrace and there was ample room. We enjoyed sitting outside, even at the end of October!

Clean and spacious room. Well equipped with kitchen utensils which facilitated in preparing our own meal.

We had a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect! Would stay there again.❤️

Godt beliggende både i forhold til indkøb og turistbesøg. Alt i gå afstand. God indrettet lejlighed.

Amazing location! Amazing and clean studio!

We booked a one bed apartment. I was staying with my mum, so she had the bedroom and I took the sofa bed. The apartment was gorgeous. I didn't want to leave. Modern and really big. We both had loads of room. Couldn't fault the room. The girls on reception were v.nice and helpful, and the location was near the Funicular, the Guggenheim and the old town. Would totally recommend.
