素晴らしかった

ホテル自体はとてもいいのですが、窓から見えるのがクルーズ船のみです。

廊下のデコレーションが独特で好き嫌いがありそうです

部屋が広く心地よかった。

窓からは船の胴体が見えるだけだった。ロケーションは悪くない。空港行きバスがホテルの前から出ていたので良かった。

クルーズ船の発着ビル1‐中2階にあり、2階が乗下船ターミナルになっています。クルーズ船到着時には視界が遮られて何も見えませんが、クルーズ船がいなければ夜景のきれいなホテルでした。1階はテラス状になっていて外に出ることが出来、クルーズ船の発着を目の前で見るというあまりない経験が出来ました。部屋も広く、清潔で居心地は価格の割に良かったと思います。

I had a very disappointing experience at Smart Hotel Napoli, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel valued or properly taken care of as a guest. The first room I was given smelled like sewage, which made it unacceptable to stay in. When I asked to be moved, I felt like I had to plead my case because the staff seemed reluctant to help. After finally being moved to a second room, the air conditioner did not work. I made the staff aware several times, but it was never fixed, and we had to sleep in a hot room. The next day, we left for an excursion around 9am and returned around 3pm to find that our room had not been cleaned at all. When I asked about it, the staff asked if I wanted it cleaned then, which was frustrating after being gone most of the day. Breakfast was also not good at all. By the time they gave me a third room, I felt like I had no choice but to accept it because I had nowhere else to stay. I later requested a refund, but it was denied because the hotel stated they offered me an upgraded room. In my opinion, that does not excuse the first two rooms having serious issues or the lack of urgency and concern from the staff. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing stay 2 night stay. Stay away from this hotel and find somewhere better. Based on my experience, they will not care about you one way or the other.

Great location if you’re going in a cruise or if you want to be in the middle of a lot of cool and exciting tourist attractions. Make sure to book a taxi with the hotel if you want to do any tourist attractions. You get the taxi number and a set price and you can’t hold them accountable. Great place to visit . I’ll be back.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon!

Habitación grande. Sin ventana porque la ventana da al estacionamiento ya que está en el muelle. No sirvió el aire acondicionado. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno está bien. El hotel está bien ubicado sobretodo si llegas o te vas en barco.

Felt very unsafe at hotel. Had to go thru added security to get into hotel. First impression, not good. Got put in room that did NOT look like pictures on website. Shower so small, back door did not lock securely, was very nervous to close ryes. Was on first level.

The place is amazing if you are getting off or boarding the cruise ship at this port. Breakfast was AMAZING and the room was awesome.
