ジムやスパが良かった

屋外のオブジェのところで写真を撮りたがったが、冬季期間中のせいか閉鎖されていた。その説明が事前になく、とてもがっかりした。 また最終日ホテルが手配してくれたタクシーに空港までお願いしたが、メーターを入れずに配車し始めて、最後までメーターを入れずに、その場での会計でぼったくりされました。 最後のドアマン黒人の方も、態度が悪く日本人を馬鹿にしている様子を見ました。彼がタクシーの運転手に何か吹き込んだ疑いもあります。 コンセルジュに、メッセージで、最終日タクシーを手配しておいてと言ったら当日でも3分で来るから大丈夫と言われた。しかし実際は15分またされた。あと詐欺にあった。最低最悪。

黒色を貴重としたモダンな作りの部屋で男性が好きなホテル。屋外プールにあるサウナもかっこよくオススメです

If I could give 5-star plus I would. I joined my daughter here for a 5 night stay-cation. We took advantage of all the hotel had to offer. Honestly, we would have been quite overjoyed without leaving the property, but had to travel to Times Square for the play. (Which, by-the-way, was arranged seamlessly by our concierge) The health facility was immaculate and we were able experience many of classes. Of course, the spa is not to be missed, Our daily conflict consisted of juggling spa appointments with the workout schedule. We dined at Electric Lemon and was not disappointed with the exception the the beet yogurt is only available during breakfast hours. The rooms was silent, beds were comfortable. The staff all around were gracious. ( and quick to help with elevator navigation) I did use hotel transportation to & from JFK and so glad I did.

Basically fantastic.

Some of the staff had a terrible attitude toward my friends. One of the restaurant staff even said to my friend, “You look f***ed up.” Is that how you train your employees to speak to customers? There was absolutely no respect. Later, when my friend simply asked for bar recommendations, the staff member replied, “I’m not sure they’ll serve you guys.” Are you serious? Is that an acceptable way to speak to guests? When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told, “None of them are here, it’s too late now.”

We had an amazing stay. Breakfast was great in room. Convenient to where we needed to be on the west side. Subway nearby.

The Equinox Hotel is a modern and convenient hotel by the river in the Upper Manhattan area. It offers great views and excellent amenities in the rooms and throughout the property. The spa service is innovative, and various sports supplements are included in the room's minibar. The interior design is chic. The gym and two pools in the hotel are amazing stops to make while you stay.

Amazing hotel! Would definitely stay there again. The only problem we encountered was that Wi-Fi did not work well throughout the hotel, it worked only in the hotel room. Phone reception was very poor, one bar. That was a big minus for us because it was difficult to keep in touch between ourselves and take care of stuff that we needed to take care of.

Great experience at Equinox! Room was extremely comfortable and very well appointed- room service fast and accurate, restaurant extremely good, lots of outdoor roof top areas, amazing workout facilities and spa- as you’d expect.

Quarto muito bom, porém um 5 estrelas de negócio puramente. A piscina é dividida com um clube de ginástica, então fica lotada o dia inteiro e os hóspedes só podem ficar duas horas. Não há nenhum privilégio por ser hóspede. Tudo muito cheio num vai e vem de pessoas. Por fim, houve um falso alarme de incêndio por volta da meia noite e a assistência do hotel foi zero. Nem perguntaram se precisávamos de algo após descermos as escadas desde o 37° andar. Para um hotel 5 estrelas faltou cuidado extra com os hóspedes .

I thoroughly enjoyed. Great hospitality by concierge. Fitness folks need to be more hospitable. Overall a complete class act and the amenities were wonderful. Looking forward to staying again
