Beautiful beach and pool, resort is well kept. Needs better food and housekeeping. We ran out of shower gel and had no towels, the floor was also sandy.

O atendimento sempre foi bem desinteressado. Tínhamos que pedir várias e várias vezes pelos itens/servicos. Os funcionários filipinos eram os melhores. Os demais funcionários foram uma lástima. Esse fato desmotiva qualquer outra interação, assim entendo que as vendas no mercado, na loja de lembranças, nos restaurantes poderiam ser melhores se os funcionários fossem mais receptivos

Alles was perfect geregeld kamers waren top aardige mensen allemaal in het hotel.Manager Tico was super aardig heeft mijn dochter geholpen met een baan bij het nieuwe Marriot mocht dit doorgaan.Super verblijf echt een aanrader kom zeker weer terug.

Everything was beautiful. The only thing that stopped me from giving the resort a five star rating was the terrible housekeeping service and we had to keep asking for items and housekeeping services/staff was non responsive and we had to keep calling the front desk.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Each room has a big TV, access to internet browsing would be good, since the selection of available channels is limited, but it was still nice. Hotel has quite a lobby to hang out: sofas and swings, bar, live music in the evenings. Some other positives: free gym, kids room, some games (chess, foosball), cold drinkable water tap, animals running around, free parking for the rented cars Hotel has a private clean beach, as well as 2 pools, one of which is adults-only, which is great, keeps you away from noise! They also provide towels and sunscreen. We also used the breakfast buffet, nothing fancy but everything tasted okay, they serve the same food everyday. Given the limited dining out options on the island in general, paying for buffet makes sense.

Beautiful resort with great amenities, along with beautiful pool and the best beaches definitely would stay here over and over again

The room was clean and spacious! Everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. It was a great experience!

The property was nice and the staff was very helpful but the property is about 15-20 minutes from all of the action in Curacao. Transportation from the hotel to anywhere is expensive and the Hertz never has cars available for rent. Jello at the Salty Iguana was the ABSOLUTE BEST! I definitely received the best service on the island from Jello and team. They were very attentive and Jello even offered me advice on locations to visit. If you want to be near all of the festivities, stay at the Renaissance. If you want to be secluded on the beach, stay at the Marriott beach resort.

The walkway to the rooms was not swept all week. Debris remainsed in the same place for several days.
