死海が眼の前で、ホテルの大きなプール前の階段(またはスロープ)を下りて行くと、真水シャワーやデッキチェア、ビーチシューズなどが充実した清潔なプライベートビーチがあり、快適な死海浮遊体験が楽しめる。 プールも素晴らしくジャグジーやスライダーもある。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで、熱中症にならないよう気を遣ってくれていて、目が合えば必ず「これどうぞ」と言ってペットボトルの水(無料)をくれる。 レストランも充実している。

死海ビューのラナイ付き、素敵な部屋でした。バスルームも快適でお湯もちゃんと出て、排水もOK, ただし、イタリアンレストランがガッカリでした。注文まで45分。それから前菜まで45分。味はそこそこですが待ちくたびれました。店員さんはニコニコしてるのですが…。

ホテルへの入り口からしっかりとしたセキュリティ、スタッフのサービスなど全てが最高レベルでした。 プールやプライベートビーチなども素晴らしく、支払う対価に充分過ぎる程のサービスを受けられます。 また、歩いて至近の距離に小さなショッピングモールがあり、滞在中に役立つ存在です。

サービスもよく、死海リゾートを満喫できた。ホテルには複数のレストランがある事から食事には飽き足らなかった。強いて言えば空港とホテル間の送迎シャトルバスがあるとよいと思う。

ロビー、客室、プール、プライベートビーチ、スタッフなど、全てリゾートホテルとして満足できるものでした。到着時のセキュリティーチェック等もしっかりしていて安心できました。朝食のビュッフェのメニューもとても充実していました。昼食及び夕食のレストランは数が限られていましたが、イタリアンレストランは雰囲気味とも満足いくものでした。料金はちょっと高めですが…。

死海の浮遊体験を目的に滞在しましたが、とても楽しく過ごすことができました。ビーチサンダルを持参していましたが、ビーチに行く途中に海で脱げにくいビニール製靴？を借りることができました。屋外プールは、若干温水が出ていたので、１１月末でも楽しめました。部屋のお風呂も大きく、温かいお湯が出るので、気持ち良かったです。レストランのスタッフも親切で、ベビーチェアを準備してくれたり、眺めの良い席に案内してくれたりしました。イタリアンが特に美味しくて、滞在中何度か行きました。子ども用の施設も充実しており、ポールプールや遊具もあり、飽きることなく過ごせました。スパにあるスチームバスは、ミントの香りがし、始めはむせるほどでしたが、しばらく入っていると慣れ心地良かったです。外に出ると、体中冷んやりして寒いくらいでした。ペトラ行きのタクシーもアレンジしてくれるのでおすすめです。

部屋はとても綺麗です。ただドアが閉まりづらく力一杯しめないと鍵がなくても簡単に開きます。プールからの夕日の眺めや夜プールからイスラエルの夜景が見えて綺麗です。周囲には歩ける範囲で何もお店はないので夕食や飲料水などホテルでとることになると思いますので事前に買えるならそっちの方がいいと思います。またホテルのイタリアンを利用しましたが量が多かったので頼みすぎに注意です。死海ですがビーチというより岩場のようなところでした。特に料金も取られず泥も塗り放題でした。

Great welcoming staff and service

Nice but very busy and big hotel with great breskfast buffet and private access to the Dead Sea shore.

Hotel condition is very good , food is various , staff were very friendly especially with kids , toilets had No portable shatafa so it was a bit difficult to manage , they had toiletries available and slippers , the Mozaic restaurant staff were so nice , especially Khalid , the out door pools were many , all of which were well maintained , the only negative thing I felt that the splash island and the jungle arcade kids area had separate entrance fees which did not making sense as it’s well known hotel amenities are all included within the booking except the spa . So it was a bit disappointing.

Totally recommend it. I stayed with my parents for two nights. We ate at the bufet and it was amazing! The beach could do with better facilities.

On arriving to the gate, the guards asked me for an extra 50 JD for my 12 year old daughter to be in our room. On getting to the front desk, the lady at the front said the same. I had called the hotel prior to booking informing them that my 12 year old will be with us in the room and the lady who responded said that it’s absolutely fine but there would be a fee for breakfast which is completely ok. I explained to the lady that though I am ok to pay the extra cost, however, this was not the info I received from the call center. She then called a manager who took one look at my ( very tall 12 year old) and apologized and waived the cost of breakfast. Check in was delayed on arrival for almost 3 hours, when we asked for late check out, they were accommodating so no harm no fowl. We had a very pleasant time and enjoyed our stay.

Slow check in and couldn’t find the second room booked under the same reservation for some time.

Rooms very old, worn towels, no slippers in the room, harassment……

Amazing trip

My fav hotel in Dead Sea. The best for family with children! The staff were amazing and they go far to satisfy guests needs and concerns. The food was so good by all means!

Great staff and amenities. Tourism was slow when we went so we got a free room upgrade without asking. The breakfast was delicious and included an omelette bar, some delicious Jordanian dishes, and classic cereal, pancakes, and waffles. The fruit danish was excellent.
