フロントの方もいいかんじでした。新しく、部屋の感じもとてもよくきれいで、高級なホテル仕様でした。バスタブはなかったです。夜にも入れるプールなどもあります。朝食は、メニューから選ぶタイプです。隣に公園があり、夜でも照明がたくさんついていて、人も多くいて、ランニングをしてる人とかもいたりと、周囲の環境はキングストンにしては安全な方なのではないかと思います。

Our go to when we are in Kingston. Absolutely love being so close to Emancipation park to get our jog on in the mornings.

Safe and convenient

I had a great time it was very quiet and relaxing. Food was great. Some of the staff are friendly but needed to work on there customer service experiences.

The entire staff was amazing. Laura, Elijah and Andre were really great and made me feel like i was home. The food was exquisite!!!;

I stayed at the hotel for a special event. Upon arriving, there was a wait time to clear the room. This is not all-inclusive, so be aware you will have to pay for food in the hotel. Honestly, just get food locally; it’s cheaper and better. The hotel food was decent but not worth the price. The room are nice and clean. Overall the hotel is safe and comfortable especially for solo or business travelers .

The staff and services are amazing, location convenient for trip purposes. The restaurant and its menu selection are an all-time favorite. First choice for my dining options.

This hotel was very nice and clean, excellent staff. The only part I did not like was that it does not come with breakfast. You must pay $18 per person every day for breakfast which I have never heard of before. It got quite expensive but there aren't a ton of other options unless you want Juici Patti for breakfast and don't mind walking a few blocks to get to it. Emancipation Park was nice but only worth about 15 minutes of your time. Local Kingston culture is what you will find surrounding this area. The hotel is safe and has convenient parking with a 24/7 watchman.

The staff is so genuinely friendly and helpful. I love visiting this location.

I am sure I booked a room with a balcony, however I was given 1 upon checking in. I would like to be refunded the difference in price
