きれいで、新しく気持ちのいいホテルです。朝食も美味しいですし、スタッフのホスピタリティもとてもよい。ただ、ダウンタウンからは少し遠いです。ニュータウンのビジネス街や病院の近くにあり、利用者はビジネス出張の方が多いです。観光に重点をおきたいのなら、ダウンタウンのホテルの方が立地はいいです。ただ、観光客でもきれいなホテルにお得に泊まりたい方ならばとてもオススメです。

ホテルのスタッフは皆親切で、フレンドリー。 場所が少しわかりづらく、uberを呼ぶときはuberのドライバーに電話してくれて、場所を案内してくれた。 朝食メニューは毎日同じだが、美味しい。 部屋も快適だった。 とにかくスタッフが良いので またアンマンに来た際には泊まりたい。

繁華街からは外れますが、とても親切なスタッフと快適なお部屋が素晴らしいです。

Celino is not a massive facility in size; therefore, with a relatively small number of guests (even in full occupancy), the lobby and dining area is never crowded. The staff have enough time to genuinely dedicate their full attention to your comfort. Whatever assistance I needed was immediately attended to- no waiting on reception to take your call, breakfast was in abundance. Eventhough the resturant doesnt provide lunch, dinner the staff allow you to order in if you wish- huge flexibility. overall- a great place

Our stay at Celino Hotel exceeded our expectations for a three star hotel. From exceptional staff to cleanliness throughout, wow, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Hot water good. Water pressure could have been a bit better but that was minor. Also ahowereadsaitclosetoshowertower. But this is minor as well. Room equipped with mini fridge, sink & kettle.

Great hotel and super friendly staff. Highly recommend. The only negative thing was that when I showered in the morning I left (at 5am), there was only cold water. So the shower was a bit unpleasant.

I came to do my humanitarian aid work for Gaza and in Jordan. I was not able to rest well my first few nights due to noisy patrons upstairs which I reported to the front desk. Then Rami switched my room and it was a little better, but still there were a lot of families with many people who stayed in one hotel room down the hall from me on the second floor and it became a very noisy and distracting place. Rami tried to accomodate, but I ended up leaving early because I could not focus on my work. The front desk staff and housekeepers were polite, but I did not find it to be as quiet as it was last time I stayed here. I don't think I will return.
