スタッフはみんな親切でした。朝早くに出発することを伝えたら、朝食の前の時間だけど食べて行っていいと言ってくれたのはありがたかったです。ロケーションはハビーバやハーシェムレストランの近くで街歩きにも最適です。

夜遅くのチェックインだが丁寧な接客。 ご飯を食べに行くと言ったら人気の店を紹介してくれた タクシーを呼ぶときにuberを使うと言ったら、 それが一番確実だと、売り込み等の無駄な作業は一切なし

部屋は広くて綺麗。観光ならば立地も完璧。このホテル滞在後にペトラに行く予定でしたのでバスのチケットが必要でしたがそれを無料で手配して頂けました。唯一の問題点はシャワーが時々、水になる。

ダウンタウンにあるホテルです。 周りに飲食、土産、他店が結構 有り、不自由しません。 食べもの、飲料持ち込み不可 という点が難ですが、それ以外は 満足します。 ホテル前も交通量多く、タクシー もすぐつかまります。 金曜朝一でしたが、空港まで 15JDでした。

ダウンタウンの中心にあり、著名なレストラン等も至近で、アンマンのダウンタウンを満喫できます。 部屋もおしゃれです。

ダウンタウン中心のアル・フセイン・モスクから歩いて数分で、人気のシーフードレストランやポピュラーなファラフェルレストランも1-2分の距離、ATMは向かいにある。部屋はシングルベッドｘ２の部屋だけでシャワーのみ。真冬に泊まったが暖房はちゃんと効いた。部屋の広さは二人で泊まるに十分。ダウンタウンの真ん中で日中は車の騒音が聞こえるが、早朝や夕方以降は静か。朝食はピタパンやチーズ、ジュースなどのコンチネンタルだが量は十分。アンマン空港までの定額タクシーも手配してくれる。

The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is near the gold souq. You can find exchange bureau, eating spots, ATM, and historical monuments in the walking distance. The room has heating system, but it was cold. If you prefer the warm room in winter, I recommend you to take small room.

交通至便。 周りにレストランもたくさんあります。 ダウンタウンに三日間いたけど流石に飽きますね。 後、パソコンやスマートフォンを使われる方は電源の変換アダプターは必須です。 ホテルのフロントも持ってないし、街中でも売ってません。

ダウンタウンに近いホテルで、スタッフの皆さんが、とてもフレンドリーである。朝食も、無料でついており、とてもありがたいです。

スタッフは、とても感じがいいです。朝食も無料でした。空港までのタクシーもアレンジしてもらえて助かりました。

メインロード沿いで大きな看板があるので、比較的見つけやすい。立地は抜群、周りはお店がたくさん、中心地で買い物・両替に困らない。室内は清潔で比較的広い。部屋によってはシャワーの排水が良くない。スタッフは親切で、何かと対応してくれる（部屋チェンジ、タオル追加、ジェラシュへのタクシー、帰りのタクシー）。立地の割に価格が安い。

９月の中旬に二泊しました。アンマンダウンタウンの目抜き通りとも言えるキングファイサルストリート周辺では、ここを含め４軒のホテルに泊ったことがありますが、抜群にこのアートホテルがよかったです。安宿より少し高いですがコスパがよく満足できました。まだ新しいこともあり、ロビーも部屋もベッドリネンなども非常に清潔でしたし、ホットシャワーは高級ホテル並みにちゃんと出ました。私が泊まった部屋はキングファイサルストリートに面したバルコニーもあり、非常にアンマンらしい眺めを楽しめました。やや謎のツンデレがあるMajdi初めスタッフは皆親切でサービスをしてくれましたし、ホテル契約？のタクシードライバーのHasimも、少しスピード狂でしたが日本人マインドを理解してくれる信頼できる人でした。改善するとしたら、朝食メニューが寂しすぎるのとまだ朝食オペレーションが未完成ってとこですね。アンマンに行くときはまた泊ると思います。 We stayed at this quite new hotel for 2 nights in the mid Sep. Located at King Faisal street which I guess the most main street in Amman downtown. I have stayed at four hotels around the street, the Art Hotel is definitely the best one. Everything is maintained as clean in the lobby or rooms. Towels and beds are also nice. The hot shower was so sufficient like a 5 star hotel! If your room has a balcony facing the main street, you can enjoy the view of "this is Amman!!" for all the day. Hotel stuffs like Majdi are so friendly and offered us some extra survices. A contracted(?) taxi driver, Hasim, was a reliable person who understands Japanese travellers' mind. Was a bit speed demon though... If something could be improved, the breakfast can be more splendid to have more options of foods, and the breakfast operation can be better. I will stay there again whenever in Amman.

The hotel is Right downtown with good view of the city

The WiFi is fast. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Chambre propre

Art Hotel is in the middle of downtown and close to most of the major sites. Management do very well to try and accommodate guests and we've been very pleased with the hospitality we've been shown. Its also very close to restaurants, shopping and other conveniences

Great location. Easy walking to Citadel and Rsinbow Street. Across the road from Hashem Restaurant. Great shopping area. Rooms are large. Great air conditioner. Bathroom is very old with stained tiles. Shower sprayed the bathroom. Really really noisy with constant car horns.

Breakfast was appalling. No power so there was no hot water for coffee. No explanation or apology from the staff there. Yet the staff at reception were drinking coffees they had gone out for themselves. Finally one of the guests asked for coffees for us and one of them went and got us some. Good location though and other than the breakfast it was ok
