Excellent stay! Close to trendy Rainbow Street. Really helpful staff! Highly recommended!

It’s close to everything. There are big hills all through Amman. There is no way to get around that. It was very quiet for my stay. Breakfast was pretty good for a hostel.

Hostel bien placé dans Amman. La propreté laisse à désirer. À ma première nuit il y avait un sac de chip dans mon lit, les draps n’avait pas été changé. Les poubelles de la cuisine débordent et le ménage de la chambre est fait vite.

Well located, walking distance from downtown and rainbow street Clean , not ending hot water as other htls of the area. Staff very friendly, english speaking and prompt to advise. Good price/quality

Was quiet!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They provide so much help for travelers re what to see and do. They also make travel arrangements. Most rooms have plenty of room, a comfortable bed and private bathroom. A nice breakfast.

Great location near Petra and it was clean. I did not try the breakfast but it did look amazing

It was a wonderful stay overall. My friends are I backpacking across Jordan and West Bank. We started our journey with landing in Amman. The staff at Nomad were helpful with giving us directions and tips to make our travel plans easier. They arranged rental cars for us at reasonable price and gave us free maps to help us explore thr city and the country. We also made pleasant acquaintances during our stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic. The reception crew have been very helpful during our stay, we would totally go back again.

We made a booking for two nights months prior to visiting. We then messaged the hotel to explain we were arriving at 3am due to our flight and we’re told everything was ok. Then when we arrived they said they had overbooked. This happened at 3.30 am, we had no cell phone coverage. We ended up finding a hotel until 5am. They mentioned it was a mistake and that they tried to inform me. They tried to contact at 11pm at night while we were already flying. Naturally we were not aware by the time we arrived to the hotel. While I understand mistakes, I did message the property beforehand and received answers so there was no room to mistake our reservation. Horrible experience to find a hotel in an unknown country at that time with no cellphone.

Convenient location, walking distance to most places. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace. We stayed 3 nights. Our room #303 was spacious and clean. Good linens. There is a mosque in the area, if you are a light sleeper you could hear the starting of morning prayers through the mosque speakers at 4:30 am but it's last only a few minutes. Overall it's very good budget hotel, good value for the money.

Street was a bit hard to find / access by taxi without going all around as it’s a one way street

We opted for a private room at the Nomad. It was basic, but very clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic (choice of yogurt, omelette, or pancake) but it does the trick. The best thing about the Nomad is the location, just down the hill from Rainbow Street. There is also a washing machine and dryer on the rooftop level that you can use for 4JD. Nice touch if you've been travelling for a while. Also, if you have a car, there is free street parking in front of the hostel. Sometimes the street fills up, but we were able to find a place to park all three days we stayed.
