The owl theme really works, this place is really charming. Great coffee and cakes in the coffee shop by the entrance (try the red velvet, it was perfect). Room had everything we needed, and was ideal for a one-night stopover. Suggestions for improvement: Incorrect check-in time in app (14.00-14.00). When we wanted to book at 18.00 and tried to confirm, there was no response via any of the contact channels (they didn't pick up the phone, didn't answer the email we found on the web-still no response 2 days later). Reception is apparently in their coffee shop street side. The barista speaks English (that's a plus) but closes shop shortly after 8 pm. (that's a minus). When asked about check-in time (see above), he said, check-in is till midnight. What's unclear to me is how that 's possible, since there's no one there to get the room keys from. If you book a room, make sure you arrive before 8, otherwise you might have problems (as you cannot call or text-see above). All in all, a pleasant experience. Will be even better once they sort out their availability (contact info) and late check-in issues.

บรรยากาศดี บริการดีพนักงานน่ารักอยู่กลางเมือง ติดเรื่องเดียวแอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น😂
