Staff was friendly. Breakfast was right on time. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again.

The staff was exceptional. The property, however left a lot to be desired. The rooms were the absolute bare minimum (apparently by design). I wish i had known about the lack of amenities in the rooms ( no desk, no chairs, no carpeting or dressers) before our stay, i would have chosen a different hotel We stay at Hilton for the comfort and the Tru brand does not fit that bill.

This is what the doctor ordered. I needed a quiet refuge for two days. Along with it having a great lobby area, gym, laundry facilities, and an assortment of snacks and beverages sold at the front desk. A nice movie theater in walking distance with a bowling area attached. There was an amazing coffee bar within walking distance also.

I guess I expected more for the brand

This property was great. The blackout shades were key as I had to sleep in due to travel. Only thing missing which was odd was no cups or glasses in the room or bathroom. May have been a one off but kinda standard in hotel rooms I would think. Definitely would return- staff was very friendly, breakfast was standard but well done.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times at this point. This hotel is very clean, the staff are super friendly and they also are extremely accommodating. This past trip, our flight was delayed 12 hours and they ensured that my daughter and I could check in early and get a little rest. The desk clerks are very knowledgeable about the area.

Everything was so nice and clean. Room was spacious and the halls were quiet.

Really great breakfast. I like that the hotel is livht and airy and plenty of options for snacks and drinks at the front. The rooms are a bit overly minimalist and cramped. The front desk staff is hit or miss. My most recent visit in May, the front desk folks were not friendly. Missed the southern hospitality I am so used to when traveling to Oxford, MS.
