Surprisingly good. The guesthouse is brand new and super clean. Nice private garden. Great value for money. 100m to 7-11 and subway exit. Adjacent to big shopping mall and 15 minutes walking to HK Exhibition & Convention Center. Small bars and nice cafe nearby.
