総合評価とレビュー Motel Newstar Laval

These are not soundproof rooms. Hard time getting a good night's sleep. Weekday & weekend party people made it a horrible visit. I can hear people having full conversations outside of my window. The cleaning crew came in around 8:00 screaming to the other workers across the street. I asked them to stop yelling. They told me no. The worst stay I've ever encountered honestly. Disappointed we took this over an Airbnb.

Très bien mais pourquoi une fois avoir fait notre réservation et avoir payé qq mois avant la journée de notre arrivée il nous envoie un e-mail qui demande de préparer notre arrivée ?

The people at the hotel were very kind. We came there at 2 AM. Someone from the staff woke up just to help us, and they also accommodated us for an extra hour of checkout which I really appreciated because we travelled from so far I would definitely recommend the motel.

il y avais une femme qui chaque fois quelle sortais dehors pour aller fumer elle criais apres tout le monde ou criais tout seule

Ok so the motel is average and ordinary. It was quiet while I was there which is nice and I didn't interact with any of the staff because I got there late (9h30) and left around 10am. It was clean but the bedding is all white and so you can imagine that yes there were some stains. I had a blanket with me so I didn't even undo the bed, slepped ontop of the covers with my two frenchies. Yes they accept dogs but there is an extra fee of 50$/ dog which is... wow! It was a last minute reservation so I took it because I was tired. All in all, if it's for a long stay, dont bother. Perhaps the Hotel part is better idk. By the way, it's a small room and the mattress was sunk in the middle.

Beau motel propre et pas dispendieux

My stay was great comfortable only slept there then left afterwards but all and all quite nice room.

The shower had no soap holder and no towel holder. Desk and chair are missing.

Je suis vraiment déçu, y’a même pas de wifi pourtant ils ont mentionné qu’il est inclus, même la place de stationnement devant ma porte a été prise par quelqu’un d’autre, toute la nuit y’avait un bruit à la salle de bain, y’a pas suffisamment de lumières juste une seule lampe dans le coin qui s’allume, vraiment pire expérience
