So great and clean!

Nick at the front desk was great

Nice clean property. Little confused why the two room we booked are on different floors.

Everything was great, I would stay here again.

The hotel is well taken care of and has very nice amenities and a friendly staff. Unfortunately, large bus loads of high school students arrived and made the small swimming pool and breakfast situation miserable. Thankfully it was only one night. Guests loading up plates of food from the breakfast buffet and heading up to their rooms and spilling in the elevators was offensive and I felt bad for the staff who try to do a really good job at keeping the place clean.

Love that there were something to fro in the hotel while staying there. The pool table was fun to use and nice pool area too. Little gym is well equipped and personnel were very friendly.

The curtains are not sold, so it was still quite bright all night in my room on the parking lot side. Hotel not quiet. Rooms small. Beds seemed old and caved in. Windows on 4th floor don’t open. Breakfast was worse than typical hotel breakfast. Hotel was ok for an inexpensive room, but I won’t stay here again.

Unfortunately, the shower was super slippery. Without warning, stepping into the shower, you immediately slipped and had to catch yourself from falling due to the shower flooring surface. This happened to both my husband, and I therefore I wonder if the slippery nest was from the cleaning products they used or if it indeed is the material on the shower floor. After we are finished showering and drying, we located a shower mat behind the toilet. It should’ve been readily available with this slippery of a shower.

Easy to find, lovely walk behind the property.

The walls are so thin, I could hear the mom screaming at her kids in the next room and the man snoring in the other. Horrible noise reduction walls.

Upon arrival I was informed there was $80.00 US non refundable pet fee. This was not listed on Expedia. I had not been informed of this. I am very unhappy about this

I’d choose a different hotel next time. The rooms are cold and industrial like - not cozy. Highway noise outside our window.

Nice property. Clean and quiet

Great location right on the Greenbelt walking path, near the falls. Lots of dining options within walking distance. My room was relatively chilly: housekeeping had it set on cool/AC instead of heat in February! Finally got it straightened out.

Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Lobby is set up great for families/friends. Cute game room, market has a huge selection, breakfast had good variety of options. Coffee is actually great!

Good hotel

The hotel was clean, beds and pillows good, however the pet fee is $75.00 per night and animal! Outrageous!
