Lugar muy bien ubicado y muy limpio, desayuno muy bueno y completo. Personal de recepción poco servicial y nada atentos.

Very clean and quiet. All employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with multiple choices. The room was well equipped with multiple plugs for all of our electronics. The TV was intermittent and channel choices were very small. The bed was very hard. The toliet was too low for senior citizens and there were no grab bars to help. The grab bar in shower was unattached at the bottom, otherwise the shower was well equipped.

Floors are paper thin. Wood not concrete. Could here every step made in the above unit…very annoying especially late at night. Tv reception very poor, to much buffering,on all channels

Smooth check it, but one problem, the bathroom door got struck, my wife was unable to get out, she had to call him to unstruck the door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is very dog friendly and accommodating. Everything looked new and clean.

My stay was amazing! The staff were nice and attentive! Answered all my questions and helped when needed. Will definitely be back my next solo trip.

Rooms were clean and “picked up” every other day. No safe in the room which caused us to travel a bit heavier when leaving. Restaurants and other amenities are located about 1 mile which makes for a good morning walk (for us).

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Chula Vista Eastlake. The hotel was very nice and clean. Service was friendly. Great breakfast in the morning. The room was clean. The beds were comfy. Shower was wonderful. I did encounter a problem with getting into the room when I arrived. But was resolved quickly. (Battery was dead on the entry portal). Only major disappointment I had with the stay was that I received random wake up calls at 3:30 a.m. in the morning both nights of my stay. Startled me half to death. I complained about it and they said they would fix it. It happened again the next night also. So after traveling all day and night all weekend I did not get solid sleep either night of my stay due to this "wake up" call. I was really tired and I didn't appreciate it. Other than the phone disturbance I have nothing to complain about. I really enjoyed my stay there for the weekend.

Sunshine at the FD was very warm and welcoming during our check-in. The hotel was very clean and cozy!

Everything from the stay was perfect except for neighbors upstairs woke me up early to them stomping and running around as well as other neighbors kids screaming early in the morning.
