Everything was good except when we went into the apartment there was a maintenance man in the room painting some of the walls. He didn’t know the apartment had been let for the night. It was annoying and interfered with our privacy when he knocked on our door later to change a downlight in the bathroom

Such a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very clean and welcoming, in a quiet area. The apartment is light, bright and airy. The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. Yes, big tick from me.

The apartment was very nice. Clean and good size. Using the key code wasn’t easy had to ask someone else who arrived same time to let us into the building

The place was easy to locate with car parking. Easy to access the property. Very clean and tidy with plenty of amenities on offer. Definitely will stay again.

A flaff to gett in, code given to main door but no indo on room or room code. Had ro ring service. At the time there was room in the car park ( it is advertised as free car park, but its a first come basis.) Carpet on stairwell needed a clean. Flat was spotless and amemities ok but coffee pods were only 4 for two nights Overall it was ok but expensive.

The only downsides for us is that the shower wasn't very good (low power) and the television is mounted too high on the wall, so if we were to watch it for any period it gave us neck ache.

After I made it check in, I made a late check out for 1pm suggested for them and in the morning when I back from supermarket around 11:30 my keys doesn’t work anymore and the who was on the phone was very rude and hang up the phone without solving out the problem!

Flat was fine but getting in not clear. Access code given it enter building but info to know which flat and how key worked poor had to didn't 30 mins to get answer to talk to someone to get in

The check in Apt and virtual key were unusual for me but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was pristine and very inviting. I would recommend Alison Court to friends and family. I hope that on my next visit I am able to book for a longer stay.

Very comfortable and well-equipped. Convenient location, but parking could be a problem if the on-site spaces are full. Check-in procedures look complicated but are actually quite easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent for Clifton downs and nearby Cotham hill/ Redland, love staying in this area of Bristol , so many food and drink options and easygoing vibe. Parking is an added bonus in this area, plus it is free :))) Accommodation is how it looks in the pictures, and bed was comfy. Cleanliness: Prestine. Minor niggles: Instructions to get in not really clear, couldn’t find the access code to get into the building, though the contact number provided did answer quickly to resolve this. The app you need to install onto smart phone to get into room, can only be downloaded onto one phone, gave the login to my travel partner then the app on my phone became invalid. I found out when I returned to use and couldn’t get in! This means only one of you can have a key. Early check incurs a surcharge.. we arrived 30 minutes early, property was ready but informed it was £20 to put our luggage inside. Fortunately had car so left it in there, which they kindly allowed us to park early.

Did “online check in” the evening before arrival, and downloaded the Livvi App for the electronic key, as recommended by Alison Court. All went well, we got an offroad parking space in the allocated parking area. Entry to building and apartment worked well with no problem (which is good for me as I am new to using a smart phone as an electronic key). The apartment was bright, clean and fresh. The owners/management had very kindly left us an anniversary card and some chocs as we were staying for a special occasion, which was a delightful touch. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time exploring Bristol. On our last full day there, the lounge light switch decided to stop working and we couldn’t turn the lights off. All was resolved that evening without any inconvenience to ourselves. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend it.

Was in great area but issues with door lock system and hot water in the kitchen didnt work

The location is fabulous and the apartment was lovely but it was very noisy as there seemed to be a party in one of the apartments so lots of noise in the corridor and banging of doors. Free Parking onsite was really useful, so overall, will definitely use again but be warned, bring ear plugs! (Tea and milk also nice touch but can you leave more milk please?)

Very clean, fantastic amenities and the free parking was a bonus. Loved not having to wait at a check in desk either, straight in with key code access. Great stay, we'll be back.
