Inside the prroperty was good. Bedroom good. Sadly expedia did not tell me i require a proff of address and ID. I was stranded for minutes asking for address to the property. I was told i can only get the details only after forwarding proof of ID and address. Also a code to enter the property was another issue. I am disappointed with how i got a text message asking me to provide my ID and proof of address before i can recieve entry access and also address to the property

Awkward deposit no tv shared toilet but otherwise great cheap place to stay

Near my work place

I attended the Commonwealth Games and required affordable accommodations for the week. I read the previous reviews and was hesitant but had little choice. The unit was not dirty because of lack of cleaning but any dirt was due to other guests. When I arrived I tidied the kitchen, including cleaning the microwave, and the counters were dirty a few hours later. Those guests left and the kitchen was clean except for one day. The unit is set up like a boarding house - you get a room and share all other common areas, expect the suites who have their own bathroom. The cleaning person visits daily and the unit smells good when she leaves. The host was a great communicator and responded promptly-within 2 hours. The unit needs to be painted and I’m told that will be done within the next few months. Overall, my stay was okay and thankfully, I didn’t experience any of the nightmares as others as the host has tried to make improvements.

I was happy with everything

Me and my wife arrived 11:00pm after long drive from Glasgow, ther were one towel only, dirty cubs unwashed with long time coffee stains, no tea spoons, no shampoo and shower gel, the bathroom was completely filthy and dirty, we wouldn't stay in such a place even if we get paid for that honestly, one of the worst experiences we had first and last time.

Overall, had a good stay! Loved the tea, coffee and sugar in our rooms. Only problems we had were when i nearly fell down the stairs with my 10week old baby due to banister coming away from the wall. Mentioned to cleaner.

Room was alright. Bathroom is also shower, drain isn’t good so it teaches toilet. Room is type chilly but good.

They try and take 150 before u even check in or done any damanges what a joke

It was a house that came across as more of a house share/hotel combo. It was ok except from a loose plug socket and a tiny shared bathroom.

I am deeply surprice hotel.com is link to this hotel address, i spend over an hour complainong to the land lord.His answer was what do want for £25.00 a night,i guest people just open up those type of places to genarate a income.
