今回4泊お世話になりました。 清潔でサービスに過不足なく、快適に過ごせました。 徒歩3分程度の近くに美味しいパン屋さんや、イタリアン、フレンチ、中華等のレストランがたくさんあり食事には困りません。 バス停も同じように3分以内にあり、ピカデリーサーカスやビッグベン等の観光地や中心街へのアクセスも便利です(地下鉄は2つの駅が近くにありますが、それでも10分程度歩きます。) 残念なのは、アパートメントホテル故か、部屋代とは別料金のものが多いことです。例えば、客室清掃。これは、£25が掃除してもらうたびにかかります。Expediaのサイトに記載がありましたが、あまりにもわかりにくい。

This was such a great hotel. I stayed for a week while visiting on a business trip and was very happy with this hotel. The room is spacious and had a very confortable bed. I also appreciated the small kitchen available and all the other room amenities available. It was nice to have a laundry room on property to wash clothes before continuing on my travels. The breakfast at the hotel was great and there were so many good places to eat around the hotel. The area was very quiet at night without any street noise. Such a lovely neighborhood to walk around!

Lovely studio with lots of little extras you don't expect from a hotel. Perfect stay

This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!

My stay for one night was excellent. No problems from check in to stay in studio, breakfast was good. Maybe a little overpriced otherwise great stay.

Great Hotel Great Staff- always an enjoyable stay. The hotel manager is fantastic and is a great role model for his team.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and the room was lovely. Considering this was during Arsenal parade weekend where the hotel was full to capacity the service was excellent. We will definitely return on future visits to London.

Expensive when we was there, but reason was Arsenal victory parade. Otherwise I am very satisfied with everything.

the staff at this citadines went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. love that its located in a friendly london neighborhood, not a tourist area.

Laundry service was appreciated. Would have been nice to have a broom with no service in 5 nights. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket.

Great quiet spot to stay in London. Loads of great restaurants and coffee shops, close to central London and the City. Would stay again!

Room is great value. Good location, easy access to trains and buses plus a nice area to walk. Hvac in room didn't work but temperatures didn’t make this a problem. Breakfast is fair but this is mitigated by the availability of coffee and water at any time. Desk staff have little to do with customers except for check-in and out.
