受付けは無し。入るのに1時間かかったが、中は広く新しくきれいで快適。次回も使うと想う。

Excellent spot for the money. Great pool !

The apartment/hotel was not clean. The floors were sticky and when I used the bath mat towel after the shower, the bottom of the bathmat was black from dirt that had not been cleaned from the floor. There are also wine stains on the carpet in the bed room and white large white stains on the couch cushions. I felt disgusting and kept all of my clothing on.

Amazing stay

All good except the dogs swimming in the pool.

Zimmer waren sauber. TV per App zu steuern, was eine unlösbare Aufgabe war. Mit deutschem Mobiltelefon nicht zu realisieren. Umgebung war super. Restaurants, Supermarkt in der Nähe zu Fuß in paar Minuten erreichbar. Innenstadt war auch zu Fuß in 15 min erreichbar.

It did look nice. Storm in Austin knocked out power but door leaked and water soaked carpet and floor in the living room area . Couldn’t get humidity out of the room . Couldn’t get any help from staff. Room was getting a mold smell which I am allergic to so we had to check out and get another hotel . Had to get Expedia to get me a refund . Then someone from the staff showed up

The keyfob for the building did not work. If you are staying for a weekend, ear plugs are a must. A nearby bar played music outside until 2am on a Saturday, past 11pm on Sunday.

Great room, great stay only downside is the parking situation. No free parking at this property for Sonder guests

Code was wrong on arrival, nowhere to store luggage after check out, recommended luggage storage location was closed.

We liked the space of the 2 bedroom for the price. The neighborhood was fun and lively, the pool and gym were nice. The unit itself was clean, but tired. Terrible water pressure, worn carpets, dodgy curtains, generally very bare bones. Also, only chromecast TV, which was a bummer, as we like to watch local news, etc.

Fantastic! Perfect area for being able to walk to everything! Rooms are cute, staff friendly, gym nice and pool area fun.

I really appreciated the size and amenities like washer and dryer of the unit, the fan above the bed that you cannot turn off was awful. I was so cold. I had to literally flip the switch for the entire bedroom in the fuse box just to rest comfortably at night. No way to get extra blankets or pillows like you would in a full hotel but, might be an option to consider providing.

Tout était parfait. J'y étais dans le cadre du festival SXSW. Cependant, le divan-lit n'est absolument pas confortable, je ne le considérerais pas comme un lit supplémentaire. J'ai eu à mettre le matelas par terre. Sinon, le lieu est parfait, la piscine et le gym sont très bien entretenus et la communication était très efficace.

Would definitely stay again with our 2 kids. Thanks!

Great location, did have some issues with getting into the building, but figured it out eventually. Room had everything we needed.

I had never stayed at a Sonder hotel. I loked the concept.
