立地は駅近且つスーパーやレストランがあり、大変便利でした。スタッフの方が常駐していないので、なにか質問したくても直接尋ねることはできませんでした。ホテルの施設としては、シャワーの水圧が弱かったのが残念でしたが、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープすべてMOLTON BROWN、そしてベットのマットレスはとても快適だったので満足です。

Excellent location

No staff really. No amenities really. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Quiet. The shower for water all over the bathroom floor. Needs updating.

The kitchenette was a great cost saver, with Coop store right across the street. The staff in the hotel and little cafe were all very nice and helpful. The location of Hotel Josef is very convenient, very close to Train station, trams, and busses. We totally enjoyed our stay!!

Leider war ich sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft, da sie nicht so gepflegt war wie ich es erwartet habe. Die Bettdecke und die Matratze waren voller Flecken und ich habe mich extrem unwohl dabei gefühlt in diesem Bett zu schlafen. Auf meine Beschwerde kam leider nie eine Reaktion. Außerdem wurde die Zimmerdecke scheinbar frisch gestrichen und danach wurde das Malerkrepp nicht entfernt. Die Duschbrause sollte auch ausgetauscht werden.

When I went to bed there were crumbs or dirt in the bed, obviously linen was not changed. Usb charging port not working.

Localisation intéressante à 8 minutes à pieds de la gare. Aucun contact avec le personnel, tout se fait de façon virtuelle. Chambre petite et sombre mais propre. Lit confortable mais pas les oreillers. Ne recommandons pas pour un long séjour

Ultra-boutique hotel very close to the train station. It was a fantastic area with lots of food options nearby. The bed was very cozy and warm. I had an issue with my room and the staff came immediately to help, even though I checked in rather late and resolved it right away.

This hotel is very well placed close to the Zurich HB train station, but the interior left a lot to be desired. The underside of the bed was quite dusty, the bathroom sink was slow to drain and one of the sliding bathroom doors didn't close properly. The downstairs provisions for breakfast, snacks and hot drinks were very well made with friendly and very helpful staff, but the room itself was in need of improvement.

An sich alles super aber könnten eins der Kissen etwas härter sein. Das man auswählen könnte? Die 2 zu weiche Kissen helfen nicht viel mit gutem Schal. Alles andere top.

Very small room

Fin beliggenhed med banegård, butik og bager tæt på. Fik først et værelse med mange fejl og mangler, næste dag fik vi et rigtig dejlig værelse

As there is no hotel staff per se - automated check in and no ammenties I gave those two reviews as a 3 out of 5 - the rest of the hotel, being the room - 10 out of 10 - I love how it is basically beside the train station, which makes it very convenient. Excellent sound proofing so you don't hear the trains - well perhaps a bit - but i love trains so it didn't bother me.

Dammigt

Great location just a short walk from the main station and central Zurich. Easy check-in via the touch screen. Clean and good quality interior fittings. The windows have shutters on them, some controlled via switches. Comfortable bed, clean room. Bag storage in the basement controlled via key card for security. Amazing coffee and pastries served in the cafe, the hazelnut latte was fantastic also! I’d happily stay here again and would reccomend to friends/colleagues
