立地は駅近且つスーパーやレストランがあり、大変便利でした。スタッフの方が常駐していないので、なにか質問したくても直接尋ねることはできませんでした。ホテルの施設としては、シャワーの水圧が弱かったのが残念でしたが、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープすべてMOLTON BROWN、そしてベットのマットレスはとても快適だったので満足です。

Localisation intéressante à 8 minutes à pieds de la gare. Aucun contact avec le personnel, tout se fait de façon virtuelle. Chambre petite et sombre mais propre. Lit confortable mais pas les oreillers. Ne recommandons pas pour un long séjour

Ultra-boutique hotel very close to the train station. It was a fantastic area with lots of food options nearby. The bed was very cozy and warm. I had an issue with my room and the staff came immediately to help, even though I checked in rather late and resolved it right away.

This hotel is very well placed close to the Zurich HB train station, but the interior left a lot to be desired. The underside of the bed was quite dusty, the bathroom sink was slow to drain and one of the sliding bathroom doors didn't close properly. The downstairs provisions for breakfast, snacks and hot drinks were very well made with friendly and very helpful staff, but the room itself was in need of improvement.

An sich alles super aber könnten eins der Kissen etwas härter sein. Das man auswählen könnte? Die 2 zu weiche Kissen helfen nicht viel mit gutem Schal. Alles andere top.

Fin beliggenhed med banegård, butik og bager tæt på. Fik først et værelse med mange fejl og mangler, næste dag fik vi et rigtig dejlig værelse

As there is no hotel staff per se - automated check in and no ammenties I gave those two reviews as a 3 out of 5 - the rest of the hotel, being the room - 10 out of 10 - I love how it is basically beside the train station, which makes it very convenient. Excellent sound proofing so you don't hear the trains - well perhaps a bit - but i love trains so it didn't bother me.

Great location just a short walk from the main station and central Zurich. Easy check-in via the touch screen. Clean and good quality interior fittings. The windows have shutters on them, some controlled via switches. Comfortable bed, clean room. Bag storage in the basement controlled via key card for security. Amazing coffee and pastries served in the cafe, the hazelnut latte was fantastic also! I’d happily stay here again and would reccomend to friends/colleagues

Zelf inchecken, dus geen receptie. Dat verliep goed. Heldere aanwijzingen vooraf. Fijne rustige plek. Dichtbij het station en dichtbij het Landesmuseum.

Room is too dark, bathroom is poorly designed, wall paint is dirty and looks shabby.

A comfortable room. Not very big but affordable for the few days I spent in Zurich. Very close to the station. A lovely restaurant connected to the hotel. Self Check in was easy.

A great place to stay situated right beside the main railway station - surprisingly quiet! A relaxing lounge room - friendly staff.

Brilliant location, good room, good value for money as we only paid GBP 98 for a night for two adults being a Sunday night. The generous amount of coffee capsules (4+1 decaf) was super generous for Europe. If only the wash basin in the bathroom was usable. The drain was blocked and required waiting between uses. As we only stayed one night leaving early in the morning, we reported the issue to house keeping on our way out. Shower was not as good as other places in Switzerland that we stayed, but quite ok. Other comments are: The electronic self check in means that you can only start checking in at 2, and you need to enter your details including passport number etc. I can imagine a queue in the busier seasons as there is only one single terminal for check in. Also, since there is one person running the cafe, they were quite pressured for time between making drinks, serving and answering the inevitable questions from guests trying to check in. Plug points could be more convenient location wise. If the bed was raised style, the bottom of bed could house luggage and make it within reach of vacuum cleaner. Consider a fold out table above the bench and adding a mini fridge. I will consider the hotel for next stay.

Lovely hotel shame about self check in/out it’s always easier to talk to a person, shame there was no breakfast offered when we stayed but luckily a bakery next door
