The staff was friendly and helpful. The room condition was actually below average compared to rooms that charge same cost. The waste water from the shower were channeled through the pipes that leaks to toilet. The building itself resembled a board up"ruko". The room is large, able to accommodate 4 persons with old furnitures. The cleanliness is so-so. Free wifi is available. Parking is not free:(They charge you 20k IDR per day. So annoying for the facility that comes free everywhere. The location is very close to University of Indonesia, so convenient. Lots of street vendors.

Kaya penginapan lama ga kepake, kumuh banget tempatnya, nyesel plus kecewa si sama pelayanan yang slow respon.

Semua yang ada di foto palsu, tidak sama dengan aslinya, staff tidak ramah, tidak seperti hotel tp seperti gudang.

Bayar untuk menginap teriga malam, tapi hanya menginap semalam langsung cari penginapan lain. Benar-benar tak nyaman! Kayaknya sip pemilik penginapan tahu kalau orang pesan via oyo bisa dibohongi pake gambar yang tak sesuai kenyataan!

the room was smelly and not prepared properly. feeling dirty also. the fact was very far from the photos and when we arrived the staff charged us more for the third person while we insisted that we order 3 guests room. he said it was an error on the system .... hmm I don't believe it. they must say the same things to guests who more than 2 persons. very tricky.

Saya bahkan tidak menemukan alamat penginapannya! Sudah mutar-mutar 3 jam tapi alamatnya tidak ketemu! mana tidak bisa refund. Sudah beberapa kali saya kecewa dengan oyo!

it seem like all the pictures show on app totaly different with the reality! Dirty, dusty and they don't even put the sheet on! This is fraud!

Tidak ada air minum, layanannya buruk, lingkungannya kotor, kumuh.

Belum sempat check-in, karena datang jam 12 malam resepsionisnya tidak ada padahal sudah dibel-bel. Padahal di Info hotel ada tulisan 24 hours receptionist ternyata kenyataannya tidak ada. Terpaksa cari hotel yang lain padahal sudah tengah malam dan keadaan capek.
