Kamar bersih, fasilitas oke, ada setrika juga bagi cewek yang heboh sama jilbab yang kusut seperti moneor.

The counter staff was helpful during check in and out aside from that the hotel room was not the same as the first one I booked and the bedsheet was so itchy and I been scratching non stop so do my husband and daughter. The floor is dirty with stains and carpet with stains. Unplease stay to celebrate my birthday. Its just a waste.

Service no good, aircon not cooling.

All thing are very good accept no TV channel so kids have nothing watch.

Hotel room was spacious however can't get the wifi to connect and TV channels also weak.

Bathroom door couldn't close at all. Get the staff to check but they couldn't fix it. Ask for room exchange but they say sold out of are the night, can only get technician to come in on second day ti fix. I'm here for holiday not here to stay in the room. No one will waste time to wait for your technician to come and fix it during their stay. Carpet not vacuum, found rubbish on the floor as well as female broken nails with yellow nail polish on. Bedsheet full of stains and not sure if they even change the sheets as there's tiny pieces of stuff on it which caused itchiness. Back to bathroom door, the staff that came up to check and “fix” said that they will refund us 10% for inconvenience caused. Upon check out, no refund was given. When questioned, the staff said he was not told, and I have to wait for another lady to come in 5-10mins. Waited for 15 mins but the lady is still no where to be seen. After another 5-10 mins then the lady came. Best thing, end up I spoke to their manager via phone call. So why do I have to waste 20-30mins waiting if I can just speak to their manager straight? Am not expecting a 5 stars hotel experience, but is it wrong to expect functional doors and clean sheet?

The room so smelly. Not like what previous review stated. Very disappointed for this trip. Car park very scary. The bed sheet, pillow cover are so dirty and looks old.

Value for money and the room so big and comfortable.

Again we stayed at glex hotel JB. Nice hospitality, friendly staff, most important thing is cleanliness. They are clean and big room.

Hotel is nice and spacious, convenient place to stay. Overall nicely decorated.

It was a pleasant stay with my friends over the weekends!

Kamar sesuai foto, bersih, WiFi kencang, disediakan setrika, dekat ke city square, komtar jbcc (by taxi), boleh menitip koper walau sudah check-out kalau masih mau around the city.

Decent hotel in JB. Won't win any awards for design, but price point is good if you can get it around S$30/night. Close enough to KSL via grab (5min; 5-10RM), and relatively safe. Towels smelt a bit funny and were very thin though.

Bedsheets, blanket and towels had dirty stains which is unacceptable. Room was not sound proof as could hear other people on the outside. Cheap for the price but never again.

Tempat cantik wargi tapi agak kotor di toilet. Banyak perlu diperbaiki dari segi cuci toilet. Apa pun memuaskan hati saya. Harap selepas ini saya datang sudah tidak kotor

Slow check in, quite noisy during late hours, bed uncomfortable, cleanliness okay-ish (2 cockroaches in the room though).

Rooms are big and reasonably priced. Free parking. Thumbs up!

The room smells bad, not sure from the unchanged bedsheets, not sanitized or from the bathroom. Asked to change to another room, called the reception a guy told me, I have already check in so I'm not allowed to change to another room. I have insisted so he passed the call to his colleague. A lady mentioned the hotel is fully booked, I told her can she arrange for disinfection, she mentioned she can only provide me air refresher that she will send it to the room later, waited and nothing happened. Slept on the bed, then saw many stains on the bedsheets and pillow cases. The price is really reasonable but the hygiene is definitely not there! Will not go back again….

Palayanannya, lokasinya, kebersihannya, ukuran kamarnya. Sangat dan sangat memuaskan. Kami akan ke sini lagi.
