This property was amazing. Property was well maintained and beautiful. The host was exceptional. We will definitely be back

This place is beautiful. The view from the back door is stunning. I had no trouble gaining access. I sent the owner a message the day before arrival and she sent the code within minutes. The property is gated with a security guard 24 hours a day. There is plenty of parking. The only complaint I have is that I wish the gym area was air conditioned. It was too hot in there even before sunrise.

We booked thru Expedia but the host who lives in the UK ( Melanie Butcher) called us to say ‘ I will not let you step inside the door as long as I don’t get paid!!’ We told us Expedia has already charged us - sent her a screenshot of the CC statement but she was having trouble swiping the card even after we gave her a mother card. I don’t know what was the mismatch with Expedia & her but we were stranded out in the heat for 3-4 hrs w/o a hotel/ apartment. Finally Expedia rebooked us at another hotel which we grabbed - but it was not so nice as the apt- condo we had booked. We are seasoned travelers so we took it in stride- but was a very bad experience overall. We wasted half a day of our precious vacay time & took some stress too. Not what you want on a vacation.

Beautiful property! I had great communication with Property Manager Melanie. My family and I enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be coming back to this property on our next vacation in Jamaica!

Property was beautiful the view was extremely beautiful but the guest bathroom had a bad odor that lingers. Other than that the property was good.

While the property itself is beautiful, we did not have the best experience at Whispering Seas renting with Melanie. We arrived to the condo and the security guard insisted we provide the exact condo number. We provided all of the information Orbitz provided us and there was a lot of confusion. Finally, he made a phone call and the owner of the condo didn't even know we were checking in. She had the wrong date and had not sent any check in instructions whatsoever. The condo was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. However, there were no instructions and the hot water heater and oven were not turned on. For more than a day, we didn't have hot water and Melanie did not reply to our concern. On the second day, the main entry keypad locked us out and delayed our family from enjoying our vacation again. Lastly, we had problems with the washing machine during our stay and one of the pools was green and covered with slimy algae. There were no signs to indicate it was closed or unsafe. This property has tons of potential, but the owner clearly is not ready to host guests and has very poor communication. I would not recommend staying in this particular unit at Whispering Seas.

Views are breathtaking! Condos are very nice and modern

Clean, quiet and very safe.

This property is not as advertised. There is no convenience store on the property (you have to cross a highway on foot with cars coming at you on either side to get a bottle of water), there is no spa, and the apartment did not even have salt and pepper. It was very difficult to locate; the aircon in one of the bedrooms did not work and had to be repaired, and there was no battery to change the speed of the ceiling fan using a remote. There is a nice Italian restaurant across the street, and a salt water pool. The place is quiet and peaceful and the staff were lovely.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. In fact the online pictures did not do the property service. The grounds were immaculate with a hardworking groundsman. We even got coconut from the onsite trees! My only real issues were the absence of hot water and air conditioning in the main living spaces. AC in the rooms were lovely and encouraged sleep. Definitely a place to return to..we are planning the next trip!!

We loved the condo space we rented. It was huge for four people. A good kitchen to use. Excellent WIFI. Fantastic view. Very fun (though shallow) pools. Not crowded at all. We hardly saw people. Being right off the highway, and only about 10-12 minutes from Ochi, it was very convenient. If we could afford it, we'd love to go again, and wish we could take my wife's family.

My stay was excellent comfortable beds, A/C in excellent working condition, property very clean with all amenities. I absolutely love how I could sit on the patio and not be bothered by mosquitoes. Excellent view and pool. My only recommendation is to upgrade the gym with proper working equipment. That area has such a potential to be a nice state of the art gym.

It’s very peaceful

We really enjoyed the stunning view, layout, roominess and well appointed apartment. The communication between our host Melanie was excellent, she was very accommodating. Only negative was the lack of AC in the main room. (2 bedrooms have split units.) Although there is a nice cross breeze from the Ocean on a very hot day it's not enough.
