私たちの部屋には追加の鍵（プライバシーロック）がなかったので、かなり不安でした。部屋の変更をお願いしましたが、空室はありませんでした。それ以外は、ホテルのスタッフはホテルは安全だと私たちを安心させてくれました。

全体的には良かったのですが、チェックイン時に観光客税として45リンギットの追加料金が請求されました。

部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。大通りに近い部屋だったので少し騒がしかったですが、特に問題はありませんでした。歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、石鹸、シャンプーが備え付けられていました。インド料理店や鉱山跡地にも近く、とても便利でした。

立地が素晴らしく、生活に必要な施設がすべて近くに揃っています。今後の旅行でも必ずまた利用したいと思います。

一泊しましたが、部屋は快適で、受付の方もチェックインの際親切でした。ただ、部屋のヘアドライヤーが故障していたのが少し残念でした。全体的には良い滞在でした。

Overall is OK. Strategic location. Many mamak restaurants and shops nearby. Commuter station is on the opposite road.

Harga hotel yang murah namun lumayan rapi dan bersih.

It was okay. As good as I expected. No complaints.

The room design is modern. The room is clean but a bit compact, the hotel is very well prepared for all the items such as a toothbrush, shower cap, body and hair shampoo, strong wifi. Nearby by driving 8 min is a wet market. You can find a lot of good food here.

Seronok menginap di hotel ini. Suasana yang baik. Ada kemudahan lift dan parking. Tetapi satu je yang kurang, dinding bilik ada kesan tompokan air, minta pihak hotel dapat membersihkannya segera!

No warm welcome, no staff attention to the guest, room not being make up unless ask to the hk staff, not consistent. Below the standard of service as a hotel. No outlet for breakfast, not good quality of bed sheet. Good air conditioner and also good shower.

So far the room is normal, but the bedsheet have a lot of stain (Blood stain and fungus), toilet area is dirty. We wish management can take note although the price is not high.

Worst room ever. The windows are not soundproof, too noisy. Can't sleep, bad hospitality. Towels are torn and dirty. The pillow is rotten and has dirt. The only good thing is that the mattress is comfortable, serious if you want to book. Do not book the family section. Came 4 hours to get here and ended up not being able to sleep because of the very noisy noise and the sticky floor.

Superb and excellent place to stay and very clean.

The accomadation was good and brand new but the service from the receptionist was really bad. No greeting and do not bother about guest. Will only repeat if both of them are no longer positioned at front desk.
