食事が悪い

良かったです。

年末年始に水上バンガロー2泊、ビーチデラックスバンガローに3泊しました。海や景色は最高でした。

水上バンガローに泊まりましたが、朝起きたら海、部屋に戻れば毎回外に出て魚チェックをしました。 とてもパペーテとは雰囲気が全然違い、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 もっと居たかったです。 でも、外の階段の一段目が木が朽ちていて危なかったです。

ランギロアの空港から車で5分の場所にあり、到着便・出発便に合わせて空港まで送迎してくれました。 チェックインの際、日本人スタッフが対応してくれましたので、言葉の面では問題かったです。 解放感あふれる施設で、お部屋はすべて孤立式のバンガローとなっており、テラスからラグーンにそのまま入ることができます。 レストランは朝食はビッフェスタイルで夕食はフレンチレストランとなります。 滞在が5月のＧＷでしたが、レストランはそんなに混んでいなかったです。 ダイビングセンターがホテルの中に併設されており、ホテルの桟橋からボートダイビングに行くことができます。 その他のアクティビティもアクティビティセンターにて予約することが可能です。 ホテル内にコンビニがないので少し不便に感じましたが、歩いて15分くらいのところにスーパーがあるので、 ホテルのレンタル自転車やレンタルバイク等を利用すればすんなり行けます。 透き通る海・ラグーンのあるランギロアで、時間を満喫するにはとても良いホテルです。

ひとり旅で初ランギロアでした。 星野リゾートになったからか、思っていたより日本人がたくさん滞在していました。 空港到着でのお迎えに始まり、最終日のお見送り、大変素晴らしかったです。 海外リゾートにいる日本人スタッフは、愛想がない方が今までの経験上多く、現地スタッフのほうが気持ちよく対応してくれることが多かったのですが、ここのスタッフは、全くちがいました。日本と同じかそれ以上のサービスをしてくれました。毎日会うたびに困ったことはないか、声をかけてくださりました。 お部屋はビーチフロント、古さはあるものの開放的で素敵なお部屋でした。 ただ一つ、ヤモリとゴキブリが気になりました…。 スパも期待していなかったのですが、お値段以上にとっても満足しました。気持ち良かったです。 また必ず行きたいリゾートです。 本物の海と素朴で素敵なリゾート、最高でした。

部屋はすごく清潔で使いやすかった。 部屋からシュノーケリングが出来て楽しかった。

ダイビング目的の旅行でしたが、併設されているのでおもいっきりダイビング出来ました。お部屋にすぐ帰れる距離感が良かったです。

プライベート空間にプールがあり、過ごしやすかったです。蚊がとても多くて虫対策があったらいいなぁと思います。

Wi-Fiが弱かった。 周辺に何かあるともっともっといい。 長期滞在だと食事に困る Stand upパドルなどもあるとよい

さすが星野リゾートが監修しているからか、本当にキレイでゆったりとしたプールヴィラで思い出に残るステイができました。リゾートからみる海や夕日もとても綺麗です。

What an incredible experience staying here! We split our time between two rooms, which we found out is quite common. We staying in the junior suite which was spacious and we loved the private pool/garden area. Then spent the last two days in the gorgeous overwater bungalows. Both rooms were beautiful and incredible. The food was some of the best we've ever had and the staff were very friendly and patient as we practiced our French. We will be back here for sure

Charmants petits bungalows climatisés sur la plage, équipés de jacuzzi, bien pratiques pour se détendre et se rafraîchir. Un personnel tres sympathique et accommodant partout, de l'accueil au restaurant. Une carte du midi pour tous les goûts et pour le soir une excellente carte de restauration recherchée et haut de gamme.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for such an amazing trip! The memories will be embedded in our hearts for our lifetime. The food was top notch. Staff was so helpful and friendly and the overwater bungalow was worth every penny. I cried when we had to go. Feel blessed to have shared 8 nights on such a wonderful property. Lovely location (beautiful views!) with amazing staff (shout out to Ghislaine!). It is a bit expensive and things like the bike and scooter rentals are add-ons as well, but this is what I'd expect in an isolated area like this. Do recommend!

Great staff! Kind and helpful. Great pool, beach, and snorkeling at resort. 10 minute boat ride from amazing snorkeling areas

Let me preface, I’m not one to rate any stay. We have been around the world and seen many properties in our day. The 5 nights we were there were good. Just good. The staff was friendly but not very accommodating. It happened to be a stay where the hotel appeared to running only 20% full occupancy which was amazing to feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. The Bad: The property is a bit run down and needs some upgrades. The pillows were shot and lumpy. Ice to the room was not an option and we had to get it from the bar every day. We asked for an umbrella on our deck and was told no. The Good: The restaurant was one of the most phenomenal and most delicious meals we have tasted ever tasted. Whoever is the chef, hats off to an amazing menu and staff. The dive center was also amazing and got to try scuba diving for the first time. Overall, glad we make the trip to this island and happy to experience the property but it’s a one and done.

Nice grounds and nice rooms - restaurant left alot to be desired as far as selection and service. Beds were also quite uncomfortable.

I would recommend this place to anyone going to Rangiroa.
