選んだホテルの場所が旧市街で雑踏の中での寛ぎは難しい。従業員の対応はよかったものの、設備で部屋の鍵がいまいち完全ではなかった。それとシングルなのでベットは1つでもう少し広いほうが良かった。

Bien situé et très bon petit déjeuner. Cependant pas idéal avec des enfants en bas âge. Le lit d'appoint de ma fille était cassé et rideaux pas en bon état.

Excellently positioned on Praia Plateau, which is full of history and culture. The Santa Maria has friendly, cheerful, Caboverdean staff and is comfortable, clean and caring. Buffet breakfast is delicious and it has a lift. The only minor problem is it’s sometimes hard to get on the WiFi.

We often stay at Hotel Santa Maria on Praia Plateau because it is perfectly placed on the central pedestrianised street, close to all the historical and cultural sights. The local staff are very helpful and always cheerful. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It has a lift and delicious buffet breakfasts.

Personnel très agréable et aidant, chambre plutôt spacieuse. Hôtel calme et très bien situé.

1st. Be careful ! taxi from Airport to downtown Praia most drivers will ask you for € 20 but the right price is €10. 2nd. I'd booked a double room (twin) for 2 nights at Hotel st. Maria. The night editor made us pay a supplement of € 85 because we were 2 people in a double room.? I had to insist to get an invoice.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the capital near all the attractions by walking .. the hotel is great and the service is great nice simple breakfast , quite room I recommend it

Super bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix, service très bon. Quelques petites réparations s’imposent dans la chambre, surtout la salle de bain.

Charmant hôtel dans le centre de Praia, très bon accueil, personnel à notre disposition et facilitant les démarches éventuelles Chambre correcte, endroit calme Néanmoins, le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas à l hauteur, si vous arrivez à 8h30 (fin normalement prévue à 10h) le buffet est quasiment vide et même en réclamant on obtient des choses au compte-goutte. Concernant le Private Tours affiché dans la hall d’entrée est une véritable arnaque : cher et chauffeur antipathique

Prima voor op doorreis.

Hôtel idéalement situé sur le Plateau de Praia. Nous y avons séjourné 12 nuits et de notre accueil, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un personnel très convivial et professionnel.. Toujours disponible et à notre écoute, parlant en Français (Anglais aussi). La chambre est spacieuse avec une très bonne literie, la Salle de bain est spacieuse. Le ménage est fait tous les jours avec là aussi un personnel professionnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien avec des fruits frais, des produits locaux... Le seul petit bémol est que selon l'affluence des touristes, ce buffet petit-déjeuner peut être rapidement épuisé. Gros point positif, l'hôtel fait également bar restaurant, propose un service de transfert aéroport. Rapport Qualité Prix très intéressant. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Staff was supposed to be able to assist with some simple requests but they were uninterested. For example, i arrived from the airport at 21:30 and asked for a restaurant recommendation. They said everywhere was closed. Not the case at all and I found multiple restaurants open. Then the next day I asked for assistance to book ferry tickets as I have been unable to do so online. The advice I received was go out of the hotel to the left...I was not able to book tickets in time and missed my chance to go to Fogo. Then as I was leaving the hotel I asked if they could call me a taxi. The front desk person told me to go out and catch a taxi myself. Besides that the room itself was maybe the smallest I've ever had in the hotel and you can hear everything. The only thing the hotel has going for it is their location.

Really good stay. We had a very big room, clean, comfortable and with air conditioner. Reception really kind, friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi, tips and recommendation and we felt in really good hands. Very central position in Praia, a nice walk away from the beach and the restaurant

Das Hotel ist in bester Lage, besser gwht es gar nicht, alle Restaurant, Cafés sind direkt um das Hotel. Überall live Musik. Taxi halten auch direkt daneben, Banken überall. 5 Min.Autifahrt vom Flughafen. Zimmer sauber, liebes Personal. Too, wur kommen zum Ende unserer Reise nochmals für 4 Tage ins Santa Maria. Einzig der Mift ist zu langsam, sehr mühsam. Frühstück wärw schln wenn mehr Abwechslung wäre.

Kan wel wat schoner

Ohne Worte, vor drei Wochen vier Nächte, war eigentlich ok.das Zimmer. Ich habe der Chefin Tipps gegeben was man ver Bessern könnte beim Frühstück etc. Aber es wird nichts angenommen. Wir sind dann zum Schluss unserer Reise nochmals dahin. Eine Riesenkatastrophe. Superior-Suite gebucht, nein Tee, keineSeife aufgefüllt, herunterhängendeVorhänge, wifi nur teils, alle Lampen funktionierten nicht, Lift ging tagelang nicht von der 3. Etage runter....Löcher in der Türe, Klima ging nicht richtig, Liste ist unendlich....nichts wurde getan, man wurde von der Chefin nicht mal mehr gegrüsst!
