全体的に暗い。スタッフのホスピタリティが少ない。価格と見合ってない。 相対的にレベルが低いホテル。

ハイキングツアーのキト前後泊で利用しました。3階建てで部屋数は少なく、エレベーターはなし、設備はラウンジっぽい場所だけなので、ヨーロッパでは2～3星位かな。でも朝食は美味しく、wifi無料、英語が堪能で親切なスタッフ、家族経営っぽい暖かさがありました。部屋はシャワーのみでいたってシンプルです。空港からはTAXIで約50分25ﾄﾞﾙ、新市街の中にあり、すぐ周辺なら歩けるので各種レストランやSuperMaxiまで行けます。荷物も預かってくれるし、安くてお勧めだと思います。

２０１２年７月に滞在しました。フレンドリーなスタッフ、かわいらしく清潔な客室、便利でありながら喧騒からは少し離れたロケーションで、満足しています。

My second stay at this hotel on this trip. This hotel has a nice small-hotel feel about it. It is comfortable without going ‘over the top’. The guests of many nationalities mingle well and the breakfasts suit all tastes. The staff are helpful and deal with requests personally. There is no on site parking but plenty of on street parking nearby.

Front desk personnel were attentive, helpful, informative, and courteous. The hotel itself is a beautiful building; clean, well maintained, and well decorated. The area where the hotel is located appeared to be safe. The room was quaint but perfect for a getaway; it has everything you need. Thank you for the complimentary tea, coffee, bottle water, and delicious breakfast! This is definitely a plus for me. I will be back!

Excelente ubicación, buen precio para estancia familiar y un buen servicio por parte de las personas encargadas.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot water seem to have problems in the shower as it was cold one day. The staff is unable to help you with your luggage which is hard when you are on the 3rd floor. The hotel description says there is a restaurant and coffee shop and none of that is available.

This hotel is spectacular. One of the hotel stays I have had. The staff is amazing and the service is excellent. If you like boutique hotels with lots of charm and character this is the place to stay.
