全体的に暗い。スタッフのホスピタリティが少ない。価格と見合ってない。 相対的にレベルが低いホテル。

ハイキングツアーのキト前後泊で利用しました。3階建てで部屋数は少なく、エレベーターはなし、設備はラウンジっぽい場所だけなので、ヨーロッパでは2～3星位かな。でも朝食は美味しく、wifi無料、英語が堪能で親切なスタッフ、家族経営っぽい暖かさがありました。部屋はシャワーのみでいたってシンプルです。空港からはTAXIで約50分25ﾄﾞﾙ、新市街の中にあり、すぐ周辺なら歩けるので各種レストランやSuperMaxiまで行けます。荷物も預かってくれるし、安くてお勧めだと思います。

２０１２年７月に滞在しました。フレンドリーなスタッフ、かわいらしく清潔な客室、便利でありながら喧騒からは少し離れたロケーションで、満足しています。

This hotel is a gem. Beautifully appointed throughout and the service is great. Breakfast is wonderful. Nicole made us feel at home and was always ready with help or advice. I we ever came back to Quito, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Staff was very nice and helpful; hotel was secure (front gate locked as well as parking area); good and plentiful breakfast; very cute and quaint hotel charm; no heat in rooms in September so staff brought space heater upon request. We had a car, which we parked on site, location may be hard without a car as it didn’t appear to be an easy walkable location. Overall a very nice and economical stay. Would recommend and also stay again

We loved our stay here. We had our two teenage sons with us and the room was perfect. The staff was incredible- so helpful and answered all our questions. They called taxis for us, recommended delicious restaurants, and even stayed up for us to arrive nearly in the middle of the night. Each morning they had an amazing breakfast for our family, which was one of our favorite meals of the day. They would do a juice, fresh fruit, granola, and then would make toast or eggs if we wanted it. Safe neighborhood and we felt very safe with the gate around the hotel. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed 3 nights. Property was in a quiet area and about 10-15 minute Uber ride (about $3) from historic area and the same from the gondola to ruku pichincha hike. Hotel was very cute with South American decor and charm. Breakfast was amazing with cereal, granola, yogurt, fresh fruits, cooked to order eggs, toast and ham, fresh juice and coffee/ tea. Staff was great, especially Nicole who was so helpful and accommodating. Room was just a little on the small side but doable. Turn hot water in shower on full blast and let it run for about 5 min then water will be hot.

A great little 3 star boutique hotel i will stay there again

This was our favorite hotel during our Ecuador trip. It’s safe and the hotel staff are super helpful (restaurant suggestions, setting up taxis, etc). Breakfast was super good too! The hotel has a lot of character. There is a gate around the property and you have to buzz in and out to have staff open the gate so we felt super safe! Would highly recommend!

We stayed in 2 different rooms One was too small for 2 people with luggage. Both were accessed via a locked gate so always had to ask reception to open it for us. Pretty gardens One of the staff was exceptionally helpful booking taxis etc

Hotel was great for the price, good breakfast, water bottle fill up station. Staff was super helpful and available at all hours. Location was close to metro station so could easily get to historic city center. the minor inconveniences were that the bathroom has no fan and in February the humidity made the bathroom perpetually wet.

Good atmosphere but small rooms and a light flickering outside neighbours room all night.

Terrific service especially from Alicia, Alejandro and Vrenka (?). Highly recommended.

Staff are very helpful and welcoming

The staff at Vieja Cuba are so friendly and helpful. This includes Alejandro and Alyssia and the cleaning. You are close to many sites. There is an excellent supermarket nearby and several restaurants and cafes.
